Weird request but is there a extension that turns 60 fps streams to 30 fps? I just don't like 60 fps but still want to maintain 1080p quality.

If your problem is because of lag, you can use streamlink and stuff like that. Uses x10 less ram, and better on cpu. Also there is Alternate player extension for firefox.

No no it's not about lag or something, my browser runs streams without any problem. I just want 1080p30 stream instead of 1080p60 but ESL doesn't have that.

then nope. You cannot. You have to understand how it works. Basically twitch is broadcasting it in 60 fps only. To somehow downgrade it, you have to download it first, downgrade it, and only after watch. So if there is a program that can do it, you would have a crazy latency.
