Yeah, the ability to rain down smokes wherever you want on the map with a click of a button, the ability to have a flashbang literally curve around a wall. It's almost like riot stole lots of ideas from overwatch, stole the FPS portion of CS and created this knock off of an actually skillful game. If you think valorant takes skill then you're awfully misinformed.

Because I make more in real life doing trading and working a job with a great 401k that esports will not provide me. And esports also doesn't provide me a career past 30 or whatever age you RETIRE at. Though you're ignorant but good for you.

The scne is dead cuz they had no scene in the first place. Even with Australian and brazil teams there was not much.
In Germany we have 99damage league with over 10000 players ...
NA couldn't get 100 tier 2 players...

Irrespective of the opinions on abilities, it's not a harder game and it's not a great game either. If the money wasn't there, nobody else would be either. If riot didn't make it, the playerbase is not going to be even close. People in CS can immediately leave without being proficient in Valorant and join an org, that's how it worked from the very start.

why would it be about the money? CS is all but dead in NA, cant be fun practicing against the same tier 50 teams every day only to travel to Europe and get destroyed in every tournament, more future for him in Valorant if he doesn't want to move country, gl to him.

Squad wasn't shit, the potential was there. Covid fucked with what they could have achieved. JKS too said online wasn't where they felt comfortable and they didn't grind as much due to low competition in NA, said that they asked to be taken to EU.ut weren't. The team was stringing along some great playoff appearances at LAN before Nadeshot came in.
But yes, never won anything.

Going to make this short. I will be leaving CS and officially moving over to Valorant starting today. I've met many people through CS that I can now call friends and I'm extremely grateful for that. I've also made unforgettable memories that some people could only dream of experiencing. The one thing I ask is if you've supported me this long, you follow me into the next chapter of my career and I promise I will not let you down. I'm excited for this new challenge and I can't wait to give it my all over at 100Thieves.

Valorant is literally that easy. Players like dazed are playing for SKT T1 for example. Lots of people who in CSGO were not even worth a penny are succeeding. As time goes by this will change greatly though.
