izzy walks around as a light heavyweight. When he cuts and rehydrates for middleweight, he is close to 210 in the octagon. This kinda only means that he doesn't have to cut weight and shouldn't affect his speed. Jan on the other hand probably has at least 20 pounds of weight over him on fight night. It will surely be a fun fight.

Spencer won against anderson. also didn't you watch the fight? nunes had a RNC in the last 10 secs of the 4 round but the bell "saved" spencer, and also spencer took the biggest ass whooping of her life.

I am mostly pushing back the statement that "spencer is worst than anderson"since spencer effortless won against anderson in the first round. and why would you say Nunes is post prime? shes not even facing real competition for you to know that.

The polish hammer gota land clean big hits. If not style will just move around him picking him off with hits eventually getting a big one in. He gota get him againts the fence and land his power.

It all depends on how agressive Jan is, if he pushes forward and keeps izzy moving back I can see Jan getting a KO/TKO however all the power fighters that have faced Izzy never push forward and end up losing also don't underestimate Jans ground and clinch game if he can utilize takedowns and clinches I can see him winning as well.
