Why is he playing in like tier 5 czech team? Even if he is old some team should have picked him up. Like cloud9 or something. He is still good. How could he just disappear right after he left mouz? He was so good in mouz.

The only reason oskar is in Sinners is because he does not want to basically grind everyday like the young pros do. The guy's got a family and wants to play it casual and slow. I mean this thing itself is a testament to the fact how incredibly talented this guy is that even without grinding day in and out he can dominate the scene, be it T3/5. If he has the motivation to grind again he can be a far better awper than Acor for mouz.

Do you really think the sinners guys have played 108 maps in last 3 months (only official matches shown on hltv) because they DO NOT want to grind?

they may want to grind, but on a level where oskar doesnt need to invest more time and energy than he wants to
2021-03-04 19:58
"I had thought I still had a place in the tier-one scene, but a year of waiting convinced me that it isn't the case," oskar told HLTV.org. "I made some fatal mistakes with my decisions in the past, whether it be quitting mousesports or not believing in the HellRaisers roster, which caused me a lot of remorse, but it also helped me find myself. "I've been playing CS day and night hoping for a miracle, and eventually the offer from Sinners came, which I am really grateful for because I see potential in this team and I think I can share my experience with them. I want us to get to the top 30, the guys have what it takes and I want to bring a Czech team on the world stage."

That used to be the reason for a really long time. I dont have updated news on his current prospect or motivation but his lack of being super active in personal development coupled with his introvert personality was one of the reasons communication with him was difficult and mouz and him decided to mutually part. Thing is after that even with Sprout he never really picked up his former form, untill very recently with Sinners.

top 10 outside fnatic and nip probably is... 3. Dignitas 4. Apeks 5. Lilmix 6. Tikitakan 7. Manki then it gets hard because any team can win and the established teams lose to random mixes of skilled players that disband within 1 week but in a rough order 8. paperplanes 9. mygame 10. lemondogs 11. young ninjas 12. granit

Paperplanes beat them 16-13 less than a week ago in the top Swedish league so they are better atm, but ofc lemondogs have much more talent and experience so it all depends on if they wanna try hard or just chill. Lemondogs probably pay barely anything and they have average age of almost 28 so to me it smells of retirement home and a fun hobby on the side for these guys which is sad if this is how it ends for twist.

Sinners best victory in recent history is probably AGO and that was a close call. They lost to teams like saw, sprout, lilmix (lmao). Have to say complexity isnt doing very good recently but they have wins over vitality, eg, g2. Losing to dignitas is probably their worst result. But then again dignitas was playing pretty good that tournament.

you´re right that Sinners are kinda inconsistent, and I ofc realise that complexity are still way better, the point I was trying to make is that Sinners are now skillwise way closer to them than at the time of beating them in that bo1

Make money matchfixing, if I should believe delusional bettors
2021-03-02 14:05
Maybe he just didn't like the offers he got - if he got any. When you reach a certain age, you don't just join a team for money, ranking or whatever. You consider the people you will have to keep up with. Maybe you don't like the coach, or you think you won't get along with 1-2 players, so you don't bother. Then you get a considerable offer from the homeboys and you think "Well, I have seen most and my homeboys developed nicely. Maybe it's time to see if we can achieve anything." I think he is having fun playing in Sinners and they are honestly playing good cs. Having fun = more motivation = working more = playing better. I watched a few matches and I think they can win a map here or there vs. top10 and can manage to enter 15. Other thing is in this scene once you are 25+ and you have 2-3 months of slightly below average results everyone calls you washed and a paycheck stealer. Everyone looking to pick up the newest youngster, they can burn through with bad team chemistry until they lose motivation and end up on the "washed" and "if he can reach his peek" list, as if everyone just loses skill out of nowhere at some point.

+1 plus I don't think he got many good offers anyway, it says it all that he went from mousesports, a top team, to HellRaisers, a team that peeked at 21st in the world during his time with them. There were a lot of time periods where ALL of the top teams either had good AWPers or didn't speak his languages, so he didn't really have much good opportunities.

Winnings from tournaments and sponsorship money are two different things. Obviously if a team won some online tournaments they would get cash from winnings. This does not correlate with players monthly salary. Monthly salary depends on the organization.

Sinners are a T3 team (top24), so they are a good team, they impoved a lot with oskar signing and are almost in the top 20. I remember in January/February 2020, Sinners were in esea open with sAw and both teams reached the final and now they are both top23 and top24.
2021-03-02 15:12
why leave? hes helping sinners to be better than most of the top 30 teams and without any stress. im pretty sure sinners would beat c9 too. invite them to some bigger tournaments and theyre gonna get some wins. sinners are tier 2 only because of no invites to good tournaments.

oskar in 2020 got kicked from Sprout and then played with Edward's orgless team which achieved very few good results. Until Sinners popped off everyone thought he was washed up. If anything, him going to Sinners was a perfect match. Their young, Czech lineup gets the help of a super-experienced, talented player. He gets to show off his talent and his willingness to grind, which makes it more likely a big org will pick him up. Or he might even be able to carry Sinners to a big event.

kicked from sprout is a stretch. Sprout was a clusterfuck (and imo still is). It looked more like he was frustrated with their way of playing the game. At the end sprout also got rid of dycha (1.32 rating) and went full german. They are #21, but imo they can be happy if they manage to stay in the top30. Sinners is a slight upgrade in comparison imo.

He was not happy in Sprout, he said it to them and they decided to let him go. Which I´m not even surprised, that Sprout played worse than old HR when they were changing players every other week. and +1 agree with everything else.

Because he don't have to struggle nor grind to keep up his level, and that's exactly the problem that caused so many issues back then. He's at his comfort zone now and I seriously don't think he'll go anywhere else. By the way, Tier 5? Are you unironically insane?

Its like #2 said, yes its true that they have a lot of maps played but the only one who is preparing for matches is Neofrag, others just play some dm for 1h(example) and then they play match. Even tho i must say Oskar isnt that good as he was, he overagress a lot of times even tho he knows that his team is not full of people that will expect his agressive move. Sinners could reach top 20 but they wont move forward from there.
