You could choose to put an inexperienced IGL under TACO's watch as f.e. coach or smth? And take another fragger/support in his place, I feel like TACO just doesn't bring enough firepower to the table to justify the fact he's an IGL. Like FalleN (don't flame it's an example) puts out some very nice plays, they are fairly new as an team but it all looks promising, and with that, he has the same experience and is older of age. Yet he brings so much to the table.

Godsent will be a solid t2,maybe t1 team.
Taco is doing good as IGL, they retakes are real goods and they have always a nice game plan.
Dumau did awp last game, and can progress real good in this role.
Felps has experience and helps Taco alot.
But they need more clear roles, need to define if dumau will be the awp of the team, and who will do the entry fragger, since taco, felps and bartin are all doing this role.
Another point is Latto not performing, he was supose to be the kascerato, fnx, coldzera of the team, but until now he is having problens whit the basic.

Man, he know that ORG is a piece of trash.
Boltz is not doing a good job as IGL, taco is doing real better, and that is easy to see, MIBR never has a game plan, is almost allways rushing B on pistols, have no plan on retakes, they just play like they are on PUBS, and whit the firepower they have that worked here on brazil, for sure that will not work on t2 EU/CIS.

First off Boltz isn't even the IGL, #25. Second this firepower still wasn't on the same level as Felps on his own was with over 1.5 average rating in SA while the next best to him was Boltz with 1.3. They replaced that heavy hitter guy to a one whose average is 0.98 so far, MASSIVE dip.
But I agree that the org really is shite, maybe that pushed him to get out of there.
