+1, but also: having high refresh rate monitor still can benefit you, this is a myth that you have to have more frames than you monitor refresh rate, often high refresh rate monitors have less input lag overall which already makes better expirience in CS GO. Also when GPU finally renders the frame it has to wait for monitor to be ready to display it - if monitor displays 360 frames per second it will be able to show rendered frame faster when it is ready (less time between potential frames) Also almost all gaming monitors now support Freesync/Gsync which negleces this problem by syncing your GPU rendering frames with your Monitor showing them. i Play CS GO @ 240Hz 220Fps limit so synchronisation works properly and my frametimes are constant (which is benefit of syncing frames, overall latency can be bit higher but won't fluctuate that much).
