I think most TO's aren't giving out the IPs during the online period to prevent any issues

It’s a flowing Schedule so when both games are finished they start with new one I think

If I'm not mistaken, people can DDos matches using the IPs. So TOs don't release the IPs

Big tournaments keep the IPs private to prevent DDOS. However, many qualifiers will have the GOTV IPs posted on their HLTV matchpages so you can watch those in game if you like.

+1 Normally only the closed qualifiers are posted on hltv, but often the semifinals and finals of important open qualifiers are still posted here
