never really stopped anybody my age even at the end of our senior year 3 months after mass lockdown started in our state kids organized their own private prom with about a hundred kids if you're younger with a bad immune system ya don't go out anyway, that's their prerogative due to my parents being overly paranoid as well, just basically got to follow the rules to a T while watching an entire summer of kids my age going out while I was practically running out of useless things to do each day, so that was magical. also remember when they told us when the vaccine gets out we'll go back to normal life again, yeah they're out and that was a big lie

like I said, I'm in college.... there are none who can get more serious symptoms from it all the people you see are kids, even the older adults you don't make contact with, you fill out regular symptom sheets daily, you still wear the masks even in first semester when they thought it'd be an issue the number rarely ever rose above 10, and the kids with weak immune systems don't go out regardless
