1152x864 black bars goat res
2304x1440 16:10 stretched best
i`d play 1280 if i could, but i play 1024
I used both a lot but honestly the enemies far ahead become harder to hit with 1024. I mean you can hit them but spotting the head becomes harder when they are far.
HLTV people be like: I gotta get this 3090, intel 99999K and overclock it to 10 GHz, 8728mhz ram, RGB gaming chair and a used RGB condom signed by my favourite pro player.
And i also play on 800x600.
1280x960 is the best 4:3 but it doesnt give you much fps, its for good PCs, even the best players in the world started playing it - s1mple, zywoo, device and other players too.
I used to use 1024x768 but then changed to 1280x960 because it was hard for me to see enemies from far away with a weapon that didn't have a scope
played for so long but 1024x768 1280x960 feels better imo
2560x1080 21:9 best
bestest: 3840x1080 32:9
I really like 1024x768 on black bars, but on stretched it feels a bit weird in my opinion (I've still used that in the past as well). I also used 1152x864 stretched for quite some time, but I eventually switched to 1280x960 and that's where I felt the most comfortable.
Probably my three favorite resolutions are:
- 1280x960 stretched
- 1024x768 black bars
I have a pretty bad PC so my game starts to stutter a lot on native, hence why I don't use it anymore, but once I get a new one and the game runs smoothly I can give it another go. :)
Played 1024x768 for like 5 years then switched to 1280x960 and from there i cant go back.
960 feels slower and smoother than 768 and also it helps you in long range duels , can spray and tap easier.
3840 x 2160>any other resolution
800x600 for every single comp fps game
goat crosshair thickness and mouse movements just feel nicer with less pixels
I tried 1024x768 just yesterday pure luck
I was very good on the DM server, i tried with the deagle but the quality of the image is just shit so i changed back to 1280x1024
you can't deny how smooth 768 bb feels compared to every other res
I use 32x32 super stretched
My ass looks insane in these
how are you guys able to play 1280x960? i dont have it as a standart res on my game. Right now im using 1280x1024 which is pretty close to it, but id really like to play x960, just to try it. i figured out a way to do it, on my amd custom resolutions, and it worked (showed the res i wanted ingame), but when i went ahead and changed it all my game was very laggy, and went from 400 fps to 120. Anyone knows what am i doing wrong? thanks boys
if u play literally anything else on a modern computer you are literally just roleplaying as a pro
1280x1024 bb on feels good
Can somebody explain this resolution/ratio bullshit to a noob?
Imagine caring this much about res, you probably switch res everytime you whiff anyway lol
1050ti stable 250 fps
bro i have a pentium with 1060 6gb and i get the same fps on 1920x1080 as on 4:3
i play 5:4 like a true man
1920x1600 NEW META
1152x864 > 1024x768 >>>>>> 1280x960
i made a thread about it. cant see nothing on 1024x768, text blurry, player models blurry even with high aa
Yes I tried 1024x768 after being used to 1280x960, it is easier to aim quickly because stuff looks a bit less detailed, so I react quicker
I prefer 1920x1080 but my computer can barely handle 1280x960 so I'm sticking to 1024x768
They're the same, but 768 is just bigger pixels
i like 1024x768 more than 1280x960 but cant find a xhair that im comfortable with
PLS SEND XHAIR
1280x1024 the only correct 4:3 res
You feel better because lower res = more FPS. Thats why
2560x1440p streched on 34" 3440x1440p screen
you don't loose the sides like you do with 4:3
800x600 cuz I are still use crt
Who cares, real mens play blindfolded navigating only with headset
0 brain post! try to answer why
1024x1024 16:10 or 1640:1024 16:10 best res
1024x768 > 1280x1024 > 1280x960
i always used 1280x960 but lately switched to 1024x768 to squeze just a lil bit more fps since i have a 240hz
+1 crosshairs looks like shit on 1280x960
