So I play CS:GO with a controller. It is f*cking shit feeling. When I pick the awp, the opponent is pretty much impossible to kill, the aim is a disaster. I don't know why this happens to me. I use a controller when I'm sitting on my couch. I don't play competitive, but I enjoy ripping it up in dm and I try surfing as well. I don't have an opinion because CS should only be played with M + Kb imo.

I enjoy it, I find smaller movements are much better to keep speed and I can get through quite a few courses. I do have a hard time with the ramps that you would normally like flick off of if that makes sense?

aim assist would be fair they wouldn't be able to beat mouse and keyboard anyways, the issues with aim assist would be cheaters unlocking that to make even better undetectable cheats.

DS4 and Switch pro controllers allow you to use gyroscope to aim, that is moving the controller to aim. This is good for making small corrections while making large movements with the thumbstick. I don't prefer it over KB+M but it beats regular controller any day of the week.
