not really those homes are that much because they are in urban environments and are close to all the jobs, schools and stores which drives the price up, although new England is expensive in general

I really like the design and theme. It's like a cottage. Has a very "homey" and cozy feeling. But I wouldn't he able to live in an apartment with that design for a long period of time.

Well it's supposed to keep up with the wages and the household average income is 83k in the city and around 70k in the state, so this is actually pretty affordable unless you're working some 15$ an hour job

Ok Americah! Your Bill Gates can shutdown the economies of the whole continents who am I to judge you. I am just a Poorlack. I rate this real estate unaffordable. But at least it looks decent. You may find way shittier apartments in Poland that are more expensive.

maybe in the south or the midwest but not fucking Portsmouth nh lol the reason its so expensive is because the wages in the city and the state easily keep up with the cost of living en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U.S._state.. datausa.io/profile/geo/portsmouth-nh

600k for 750sqft, hell naw, living in a city is a scam
2021-04-06 01:22
2/8 That´s so over the top. "Polished rustic" with a 10 foot fireplace and bar. That should be an After Ski Bar in the Alps, not a place where somebody lives. The area photo is nice. The price for that size flat is similar to Copenhagen, but a loan interest of 3.3% is too high for a 30 year loan. In Denmark that interest would only be half as much (if someone can guarantee the payment (your parents?)) and the monthly payments would be much lower as a result. 3000 $ per month is a LOT. You should check the market for a lower interest loan.
