We all know CS is the better game because the core gameplay is superior. But there are stuff Valorant implented that made CS look outdated.
1- Anti cheat
2- Better servers. some countries get 80 ping on CS but 15 on Valorant.
3- less RNG (not sure about this one but there should be less RNG on competitive FPS)

? CSGO has this as well. It's just that recoil reset takes a little longer in valorant, so you can simply wait a bit longer and the RNG disappears. First shot inaccuracy is a thing in both games

A little? It takes A LOT longer. Valorant has lowered the mechanical skill ceiling overall to appeal to the more casual userbase.
- Bigger hit boxes
- Lower movement speed and high acceleration meaning you reach top and bottom speed almost instantly
- Running/jumping accuracy increased
- Introducing a lot more RNG into sprays and lower recoil reset
- Introducing powerful abitilies that can kill you (from 100-0)
These are just some of them.
Valorant literally has run and gun mechanics where you can be quite accurate while running with rifles and other weapons in close to medium range fights. I get smgs but rifles no way. You can literally hold shift and move and be fully accurate with pistols and semi accurate with rifles. It’s retarded for clearing corners. RNG spraying as well in Valorant.

You can do this with CSGO rifles at close ranges too + CSGO crouchwalk spraying is much more accurate as well, with any gun. But you don't see people mentioning that

In CS?
CSGO’s random spawns add value and make the round totally unpredictable. On Valorant, the whole firing system is completely broken and need to be reviewed. Hitboxes are bigger and less precise than CSGO so even if you have a bad aim you can easily HS. Pick advantage feels weird. And finally sprays are random at some points.

decent skins in CS start at about 5-10 euros aswell. obviously some exceptions but you have to consider valorant skins are permanent and "best" knifes cost like 40-50$, compared to like 300$ for a decent looking knife in cs. not even mentioning rarer items or patterns, which you probably know go up to multiple-thousand $. i get your point though, in valorant you can't just buy a glock off of market for 20 cents and call it a day

got it. i've played dota2 then I know LoL. But how he spoke seemed weird to me as 'valve itens' are more permanent than any other game/platform as I see. And I get bored of my stuff and always want to change/trade skins in games...
I dont feel like wasting money when I buy itens for valve games, or diablo back in the days, or dota2 and others cuz they are even an investment.
for ex. who bought some dragon lore 4 years ago now got a huge profit. or some shitty deagle for a dollar and now its worth 40$.
And how we keep them, we can sell them, is very cool to me. All my Portal, TF2 itens etc are there forever, worth something and wont vanish out of nowhere.
meanwhile FIFA players lose their money every year, they cant change teams, cards...its shitty when a game is closed-market like valorant is.

Cause cs is constrained by the exact outline/shape/frame of each gun. Valorant is not. Any skin in cs could easily be perfectly recreated in valorant and more, as they can be more creative in shapes.

Are you dense? Not all skins are changes in the contours, some are just color changes just like in CS. They literally can do EVERYTHING CS is doing with their skins already, AND more since they arent limited to the same shapes all of the time.

Valorant could literally just paste anything on top of their guns just like CS is doing, it really isn't that hard or advanced. What do you not understand about it?

they added a night market that has 5 random discounted skins but all i got were just ugly cheap ones and if i want a skin and i don't buy it when it's in a bundle, ill probably have to wait a couple weeks or even months for it to pop up in my store. but ig thats how riot makes us play the game more

yeah, I feel that it's especially annoying since they always release new collections, you must end up with a lot of unused skins at the end (that's why I haven't invested in any skins and I just steal my friend's skins when they drop them in game :D)
price is great compared to cs:go's skins price. best knife in valo is like 50$, reg high grade skins 20-30$, so i'd say they're fairly well priced and affordable considering they're permanent. you won't lose your skins or gamble them away

you can always refund if you don't like it , and it's not in their interest to let you make money off of their free game. they are the ones making money from consumers. we are quite spoiled with steam market and i don't exactly love valo skins market but it is what it is. if you want a fancy weapon you pay money and have it forever on your account.

You can get a FT USP-S for 67/68 US cents, which is honestly a really good deal.
I know that skin isn't exactly a dragonlore, but it is a pretty nice skin for someone who casually plays, val the cheapest skins are a lot more expensive, and to be completely honest, they lack the intricacy that CS:GO skins have, the little details aren't there for valorant skins

One thing i really liked about valorant is the walls keeping everyone in spawn until the round starts. Imagine you are the main awper and wants to peek mid, but cant because of your spawn. Now you can, and it would be easy to balance timings on each map aswell.
Imagine you spawn into a garage that has its doors opened at the start of the round where you go out. It would be pretty cool.
Also, a semi automatic weapon that would be like the deagle but less recoil, price around 1700-2500 and more ammunition would be cool too. Imagine the autosniper equivalent to the scout vs the awp. Without the scope. Have it replace the galil and famas, or maybe even the krieg. But then id add a scope on it.

anti cheat hahahahha , in the first week of beta there were cheats hard to detect , when they bragged its impossible to cheat and these cheats were used in game to ruin peoples games obv.
I tried playing valorant but wasn't able as i was lagging a lot. Such thing never happened to be in cs, pubg or cod. I don't know why people are saying that valorant servers are good.

Okay their servers are better but it really doesnt matter if you dont like the game. Tried it out yesterday but i absolutely hated everything. Would rather go back to playing league

Servers aren’t even better. Live in Canada and get 60-70 ping at times which is unplayable in Valorant. If you have 60-80 ping on CS, it’s playable, but anything above 60 in Valorant is impossible to play with. I don’t know which countries get high ping to servers though unless you’re in NA due to NA being so big. Anyone who lives in west coast and queues an east coast game will get 60-80 ping no matter what or vice versa. Doesn’t matter what game.
1-You pay for this by speed of your PC and private info
2-64 stable tickrate >>> 128 unstable tickrate
3-Valo has bigger RNG
Now why cs better than valulrant:
1-Better graphics and drawstyle
2-Better sound
3-Way more better maps
4-Better balance
5-Better skins
6-Better eSports scene
7-Better QoL
8-You can earn money just by playing cs

"Better Servers" No. They say they have 128 Tick while having 124 and Mirco-drops to 30 or even 24 Tick. Thats even worse then a Constant 64 Tick Server

U can choose servers in CS by reducing your Max acceptable matchmaking ping. I might be wrong.

I don't see myself playing some cartoonish game, with colorful powers and characters that look like lesbians. I want a shooter either modern or based on some historical event. Now kids nowadays are all about those things I mentioned, so thats why Valorant is geared towards them instead of people like me. And they are the ones that will spend on games in the future.

I actually met many oldschool 1.6 ex pro and semipro players in high ranked valo. My ex 25yo+ mates from 1.6 playin it too.
There is some of my friends like u who said "what a cartoonish shit show", and some old players who enjoy val and tired of csgo.
If u talk bout me im 28 and im just tired of csgo since 2018 so i swap to valo. I mean csgo is obv better than valo, but im just tired of it

- enemy players have individual agents, so you can faster identify which of the enemies you're seeing, - bright colours differentiate each of them and make them stand out from the maps.
- devs are very reticent to ever include agent skins (when people have asked for them)

1- their anti cheat is what made me not install their game. Being very invasive and rumoured to turn certain people's GPU fans off. And I hardly ever come across cheaters in cs.
2- That might be caused by the localization of the servers. Said players may get 80 ping in cs because they connected to the server which is a bit far from them and 15ping in Valorant because it was closer. So it may or may not be just a "luck".
3- Haven't played it so don't know.

Just look at the e-sport scene, basically retake simulation with just utility thrown everywhere, i think if valorant gets a meta or something that teams can actually apply that would be fun, cause now its a shitshow. You never see executions and the utility they throw is rarely based on strats rather pure instict which makes the game really weird imo
