Ngannou could beat anyone in the UFC right now (derrick lewis might have a chance). But he is just so much bigger than everyone else. People underestimate how much weight and size matters. A 140 pound pro fighter would lose to a 200 pound amateur. You just can't generate enough power to KO some that much bigger than you (assuming they are trying to avoid your punches).
yea, its stupid, basketball should also have weight/height classes then, because you have such a massive advantage if you are very tall. Its nearly impossible to be good if you are short

When Adesanya owned everyone in his weight class he mowed to light heavyweight, he lost his record but he tried and this is what GOAT would do
And look at Khabib now, won his belt by beating who ? Iaquinta ? He wasnt even contender. Two title defenses and ppl call him GOAT. He couldnt try featherweight cuz he cant cut so much weight and he couldnt try welterweight cuz he knows he cant use his weight advantage, Usman would kill him
