My Workout Routine

(I'm not a pro) 3-4 days a week: -Advanced Tuck Front Lever 5 sets x 8-15 sec -Tuck Planche 5 sets x 8-15 sec -Weighted Chin-ups 5x5 -Pike Push-ups 5x5 -Tuck Front Lever Rows 3 sets 8-15 reps -Push-ups 3 sets x 15 reps -Hollow body hold 3 sets x 30-45 sec -Reverse Hyper 3 sets x 10-15 reps I'm not sure about the core exercises. If you have any suggestions of things I should add/remove/replace, tell me. The rest period is not yet determined. I'm gonna do 1 or 2 more workouts to set on rest period between sets. There are not leg exercises. I'm gonna do 1 or 2 leg workouts apart from the one above.

I used to run in the evening. But I live in france and there is a lockdown at 7 pm. I'm not motivated enough the go run early in the morning.

so if you have a gym near your house (idk if y'all have conventional gyms across the pond) I would go like once or twice a week and dedicate about an hour on either an elliptical or a treadmill. if not I would recommend running for 30mins-1hr twice a week for your workout for the day. its always good to get some cardio in, you don't want to do too much because it'll mess up your other workouts that you do that day, i.e. you want to focus on one part of your body per day and just do that. i.e.e legs one day, upper body the next, cardio the next, etc.

He is not on roids to have a need for cardio. He can just take few longer walks per week with almost same result.

no shit sherlock Do you know why cardio is promote that much by fitness industry? Because literally BB on gear would die if they wont do any cardio. Because with gear there come more negative effects on your heart. Like your blood gets thicker, your heart gets bigger, your heart rate can go slower, more plagues stuck in your arteries and lot more, all depends on stuff you take.

yeah, thats not true. i like how you dummies thinks that cardio and exercise is so much different.. I can run without any cardio done in 2-3 years 20k under 1:40 without any problems. Did i need a cardio? No, its all about how you do your excercises and how low-high can you keep your heart rate during lifting. So please shut up.

Unfortunately, gyms are closed. When it's gonna get warmer I probably will go run once or twice in the morning. Thanks for your suggestions.

I will do leg workouts once or twice a week. I started this routine yesterday and I will do it for 2 months at least. After the 2 months, if there is any change I will adapt it to make it harder or even change to a dumbbell workout.
