so if you have a gym near your house (idk if y'all have conventional gyms across the pond) I would go like once or twice a week and dedicate about an hour on either an elliptical or a treadmill. if not I would recommend running for 30mins-1hr twice a week for your workout for the day.
its always good to get some cardio in, you don't want to do too much because it'll mess up your other workouts that you do that day, i.e. you want to focus on one part of your body per day and just do that. i.e.e legs one day, upper body the next, cardio the next, etc.
