I promise this will be the last valorant thread you'll see today, and sorry but just had to make this. I have played games like OW, Paladins, and took those pretty seriously for a minute. So I know when agents or champions fit or not.
1) The agents make no fucking sense sometimes. Besides Jett's dash, Sova, and Omen, I feel like most of the abilities in valorant are not useful. Like Jett's ult for example, it's good, but it's just better to just use an ak and kill everyone instead. A vandal is better than jett's ult, so what's the fucking point? Most abilities are like this, not all but most are just easier to kill someone with a vandal instead.
2) The spawns, most people say they prefer this from CS, but I don't. The RNG on the spawns in CS made every round different and unpredictable. You don't know if s1mple has a ramp spawn and is going to pick you off jumping to con. But in valorant, every round seems the same. Sova throws his stupid wallhacks in the same position every round, and the spawns make it so it's predictable what the opponent will do for the most part. And it give the team way too much time to think. I am a Karrigan fan, so I like the fast in your face style and karrigan is good at punishing messy comms, and confusion. Valorant gets rid of that, and makes the game dull.
3) The movement, I know, I know but it's way too fucking slow. It's different so I may not like, and if I got used to it maybe I would, but it makes the game feel clunky and slow. Like if I don't play jett, I feel so restricted and slow, I can't go for aggressive peeks, and the game is way too slow in general. It feels like you're holding an angle for 2 minutes straight, in cs it can be like this as well, but not as often.
tldr- vandal>abilities more often than not, spawns make game too predictable, gives way too much time for a team to think (makes timeouts almost useless), and makes all the rounds feel the same. And game is too slow in general.
