Yes if it will be like Football Manager where your team play their own matches,no if it will be like HLTV fantasy (You pick players,they play matches and you get points based on their ratings in matches)

How do you execute the idea though? that would be my first question because CSGO FM like doesn't sound very exciting to be honest.
Imagine this bro, you create your own team and you control everything in the team so, "the things you said above" logo, tactics, how to rounds are being played like postions etc. So if you want people to actually like the game you should make it "grindy" if you get me. That you start really low tier like in esea advanced and that you grind your way up to esea mdl and then to ESL pro league. Would be quite fun even if the graphics are poor m8. A pretty nice idea you've come up with here man!

there is a league/dota esports manager game that doesn't use official names, you could try to copy that but with csgo
i tried that game but i dont like mobas so i didnt play it, if you could create "strats" and stuff for csgo instead i would play it

just search esports manager on play store, there are a lot of games and i don't really remember which one i tried

Throughout the year maybe have random events that occur. These events could be something like awp nerf, making awpers be worse (but some more impacted than others as well). Or maybe a map change event that makes some players more useful with the new map pool etc. Thinking about something like this is honestly super cool I hope you make this amazing gl man.

Because of this post I started playing cs manager and csevo and they both leave a lot to be desired. So I would be extremely interested in a new option that has better functionality. I am curious how you plan to do rosters and teams though. I can't imagine teams like UMX would get represented, but it would be cool to find a way to have those deep pools. Although fictional players would also be an interesting way to populate lower tiers.

I was just assuming they would be a small enough team that it would be hard to justify. That level of play also seems to be constantly having players move around. So was more of a guess rather than actually saying it wouldn't be. But if you're willing to put in the effort, I certainly wouldn't complain.

So there is this game mode called MyTeam. Everyone playing MyTeam have to build their own best team, one way is to open packs so you get players, the players have different tiers so the better the rarer etc. So the other way is to directly buy players what you want from the market, where everyone can sell and buy those players from packs, and again, the rarer the player the more expensive it becomes. Hope you got the idea. There are also ways to get the players like from quests or tournaments etc.
