Firstly, I think you shouldn't be too harsh on yourself. It is completely okay to have moments where the energy and/or the motivation aren't there.
motivation doesn't exist, waht u need is discipline. and this mostly comes when u follow a path in life that u enjoy.

Try meditation in the morning mixed with excercises, but you need to be consistent in order to make success. Also check hormones and limit faping and avoid virtual sex. Should help in period of time of 1-2 months.
whatever u do, try to do it longer than 30-60 days and then see. u can literally programm ur brain to listen shit music and enjoy it if u listen to it 30 days straight
quit your job, start taking vitamin supplements, eat more protein and fiber, get a couple hours of sunshine every day if you can, drink a lot of water, work out every day at home, go to bed when its dark outside and get up when the sun comes up.
do this for 6 months and according to my personal experience you will start feeling a lot better.

Try to do things you really love, you'll never lose motivation.
