Do you recommend the X push-ups after you get killed in an online game challenge? If yes then how many push-ups after each death? Stretching afterwards is necessary ofc to not get injured.

Not really men you will just burn the fuck off your muscles. How about you do, let's say, 5 series of 10 reps with 2-3 minute breaks in between every second day? Or reps until failure. Either is good.

i mean unless ur playing like 4+ games a day every day you'll be fine u figure average out like 15-20 deaths per game, 75-100 push ups in an hour or so it's a fair bit, but not overkill unless u play a ton of games

what do you think about doing less pushups if you get an important kill? we can get pretty smarty with this get kill but die: 3 push ups die no kill: 5 push ups die to eco: 7 pushups 2 kill but die: no pushups 3k or above: -3 pushups

My strategy for CSGO would be 3 long and slow pushups per death. Do 20 normal pushups after each game

That is just false information. Stretching has nothing to do with muscle growth. It is also more important warming up the joints before than stretching after

Average session (not warmup) of DM lasts 30 minutes let's say you get a 200 kills. That's 1 kill every 9 seconds. Fair enough since sometimes u get 2 kills in a few seconds but you can also get spawnkilled / spawn near a spot where you do not find anyone. Let's say you're not in your biggest day, and you have around .75 K/D. That's around 270 deaths. If you do 1 pushup every death, that'll do 270 pushups after the session. Of course u can't make 1 in between deaths because then you'd get killed all the time.

Start with 10 pushes before the game as default, add 5 pushups for every death, so by death N8 you will have to do 50 pushups. You will never die again, trust me.
