yeah, thats why being active during your teenage years is very important, even if you drink too much beer whn u get older its still good. Just work out a little
do you think this works for sports in general? Used to be top 10 (national) in climbing when i was really young and want to restart doing it but I feel like I'd have to restart from 0

So best is just to become huge as kid and then just become a crackhead till 30 and then become huuge again
Muscle memory is actually neurological and it's because a certain brain path has been used multiple times. Look up a video on it, pretty interesting stuff
