Nice brother but let me give you advice, what you are doing is not the best way to actually gain muscles, you are only training your upper body not even your whole upper body, you have to train the legs too. Training your muscles produces more testosterone, if you don't train the biggest muscles in your body aka the legs, you will still produce low testosterone and won't max out your potential please consider training your full body.

some train some not and they don't have problem to build muscle. a lot of calistenics don't train legs and they also have no problems to build muscle. there are a lot more factors that make your testosterone. that's a lot more complicated then just testosterone level. it's also about how many receptors do you have for testosterone in your tissue. if you have low it doesn't matter how much testosterone you have

I remember there was a study which shows that there is no direct correlation between testosterone levels and ability to grow muscle, it's possible to grow muscles even with low testosterone. Also there was a study which showed that exercise impact on testosterone is pretty short and not that big as some people tend to think.

For starters I stopped having those weird itches on my back. I stopped having nose bleeds, they usually happened for no reason at all. I'm less hungry during day, it's ez to go with two meals a day (breakfast/lunch) unless you have heavy physical work then obviously you need more food. I also stopped having a need for a nap during the day - yes, it's mostly caused by suger. I'm skinnyfat, but the fat isn't actually fat, it's suger, so cutting it will help me get thin belly, it won't "stick out". There are many more benefits from cutting suger. Basically it's a poison. Yes, it's sick that it's normalized and it's even in fucking bread. Companies will do anything to hook you on their shit product. I stopped eating it when I read more in detail about diabetes. You can literally lose limbs and eye sight because of sugar. Of course it won't happen now, not tomorrow or even in 1 year. This stuff will happen when you will be 40-50+ and it's horrible.
