For starters I stopped having those weird itches on my back. I stopped having nose bleeds, they usually happened for no reason at all. I'm less hungry during day, it's ez to go with two meals a day (breakfast/lunch) unless you have heavy physical work then obviously you need more food. I also stopped having a need for a nap during the day - yes, it's mostly caused by suger. I'm skinnyfat, but the fat isn't actually fat, it's suger, so cutting it will help me get thin belly, it won't "stick out". There are many more benefits from cutting suger. Basically it's a poison. Yes, it's sick that it's normalized and it's even in fucking bread. Companies will do anything to hook you on their shit product.
I stopped eating it when I read more in detail about diabetes. You can literally lose limbs and eye sight because of sugar. Of course it won't happen now, not tomorrow or even in 1 year. This stuff will happen when you will be 40-50+ and it's horrible.
