i get around 11hours sometimes even more of sleep time on weekends without alarm and I feel worse then 6 hours of sleep but yeah I guess 8 hours of sleep is the sweet spot

thats because you break the routine, your brain is used to 6 hours but if you get more or less you wont feel as good unless you sleep 11 hours regularly.

So true. I usually sleep for 6.5 hours and if for some reason I forget to keep alarm and sleep for 8 or 9 hours, it feels so tiresome and worse. Now I know why, because I am used to 6.5 hours and when I increase or decrease, it just makes everything worse. Thank you for ur answer man.

nah that's false 7-9 hours always feel great, especially if it's more towards the 9 hours, anything under feels shit when you wake up + you have no energy later, and everything over gives you enough energy, but feels shit all the same oversleeping is just as shitty as undersleeping

I'd say quality of say is pretty similar for myself at least. I come from a pretty well off family from Beijing, so I had access to a lot of resources. I'm pretty privileged. But I do agree that life in Canada is generally much better for those the average person. Probably one of the best countries to be middle class in for sure. Decent job opportunities and many government benefits and regulations.

We dont say holy in Mongolia. Tengri means sky. Theres no such a god in Tengri. We believe that blue sky decides out fate our life and everything. Hard to explain but in tengri religion theres no god like jesus but we believe that blue sky is some kind of natural law like gravity. Like karma.

Every person has another amount to sleep. It can be everything from literally 5 to 12 hours. but most of us need 7-8 hours, if u assume, that ppl doing sports or got a job, doesnt matter if its office or some crafting/building job.

Sleep isn't only about the hours slept. Going to be later, say at 2am, and sleeping till 10am, is far worse than going to bed at 10am and sleeping till 6am. It has to do with the way the human body functions in relation to the day night cycle. Of course people here on HLTV will tell you its fine but you really should be going to bed way earlier if you can afford to wake up so late. Nigh time most people are tired and less productive at doing anything, games or work. It's good for discipline to if you go to bed earlier, will help you out in life 100%. If you've been doing this for a long time you may not realise that you are sleep deprived and your functioning way below max potential, your just very used to it. Especially if you're still growing as a kid. I always sleep 8 hours. I still have enough time to do my work because it's more important than cs. I'm also better at CS with this lifestyle change now. I don't know if it would work for you but I would highly recommend going to bed earlier and making sure you can maximise your sleep. Long ass comment but sleep is like super important, I started having health issues due to the lack of it and it really woke me (heh - get it) the fuck up.

mens i believe u will fix ur sleep and become god himself what i did was before i was overworking myself and procrastinating a shit ton, going to bed 2-3am everyday. it was really really bad. i got so used to it that even on normal days when i would get lucky and sleep like 6 hours i was tired because sleep deprivation lasts like 1-3weeks if its longterm. what i did was forced myself to go to bed 10pm everyday. wake up at 6:00 for school so I get 8 hours ez. i just told myself that if i dont finish my work or havent studied enough its my fault, and i sleep anyways. it fucked my grades for like the first few weeks but then i recovered and started focusing more and doing it on time so its poggers. plus i was overworking anyways so my grades feel a bit but theyre still good. btw when u try to fix sleep u feel more tired at first. like i was sleeping more but less energy. i avoid coffee personally because it's better without you know, but if im really tired i need it. good luck mens)))

in terms of pure raw health.. you can sleep 6-5 or even 4 hours and "function" strictly speaking. no real source about this (other than what I've heard) but this is the kind of hours you sleep at the military service for example. however the lower you go, the shittier you will feel. and within a few days, you'll just want to die. ofc in the long run this will bring other problems. so you are basically at the bare minimum.

I sleep 10 hours and I still feel lethargic. Sleep isn't the only factor, 6 hours can be enough if you don't stress yourself physically and eat the right food with enough calories.
