done all of these still struggle to get 60
if you use fps_max 400 but find that your fps still wont go above your hz (i.e. wont go above 60, 120,144) use fps_max 0
What does the r_dynamic bind do? Turning it to 0 disables some lighting through smokes and around edges of the wall while firing a gun, it's easier to spot someone shooting through one way smokes when it is set to 1
I remember on my old pc I did all that and my fps went from 90 to 80 so just buy a better pc
wtf disable full screen optimisations gave me like 200 fps boost?? thanks bro))
That's good, it will help a lot of people
Reply me so I can check this out later when on my potato.
I'm going to save this for later and then proceed to keep complaining about fps issues forever and not remember this.
Thanks for your service, brother.
Disable: text filter in csgo. CSGOsettings -communication-text filter=OFF
where is this
actual tldr is to buy ryzen 5600x
cl_forcepreload 1 is better imo , d0cc has it on 1, fessor also and many others
wouldn't mess with mat queue just leave it on -1
and for ryzen users ( this helped me a lot) lock your frequency to a certain number in ryzen master
jumping from 3.5-4.3ghz gave me stutters, locked it at 4.25ghz and no more stutters
Every console command did diddly squat but BIOS update gave me a boost from 430 -> 500 fps in benchmark.
I always had cl_forcepreload 1 😬
also is there difference between fps_max 0 and 400?
just buy a better computer dawg
can i get clarification on the fullscreen opt thing, is the box supposed to be ticked or not?
When disabling full screen optimisation do I right click CSGO.exe in the task manager or what?
i think mat_queue should always be on 2, that`s at least what works the best for me
starting commands? someone please
Boosting fps is good, but the most valueable thing ever was realizing that the timer resolution needs to be exactly 0,5ms. not 0,4988, 0,512 or any other value. Download Intelligent standby list cleaner, set wanted timer resolution to 0.50 and click start. if current timer resolution is not 0,5, this is the culprit of stuttering and a shit feeling game.
Disable HPET software side(via cmd) and ENABLE it in bios. Google away if that is not enough to get it to an even 0.5, i dont remember exactly what i set, but its some clock values in cmd and bios.
No joke, this fixed all stuttering.
Doesnt change anything about your fps, but if you get 200+fps and the game feels shit, this is most likely the problem.
running csgo on Linux also gives nice fps boost, if you are willing to dual boot
as a linux user, this is almost useless, ALMOST, i'll adapt it, thanks
disable text filter??? nt
best fps boost guide -> buy better hardware
did u just post this on a cs go forum where everyone here is an expert on this and already knew this since ages?
for some reason after I tick the "disable fullscreen optimization" i'm unable to get my resolution gets blackbars
as for forcepreload, if it's 0 it causes stuttering for me, probably cause i have a hdd
I dont think it will push much my 730
cl_forcepreload 0 should be 1 not 0
if you use 0 then map is not loaded when you're joining to server but when you already joined, if your game start soon after you join you can experience lags and stuttering on low-end setups
If you use 1 then map is loaded in loading screen
bump im gonna try it out later today :)
all changes can be reversed if they are disadvantagious right?
I don't need more fps, ty
fps max 300 for me its better since i got less var
On newer windows 10 builds, disabling FSO can reduce fps/increase input lag. Probably varies with different PC's
guess what, your no bulshit commands, are bulshit! because valve patched everything HA! welcome to the real world, bugs bunny, they didn't opatch only -novid, -frequency, and fps_max_menu / fps_max. Just buy ryzen 5, or other better cpu from intel, all fps values in csgo are fixed with stronger cpu architecture
alias "+dynamicToggle" "r_dynamic 0; +attack"
alias "-dynamicToggle" "-attack; r_dynamic 1"
bind "MOUSE1" "+dynamicToggle"
what does this part do
