at your height, until 70-75 kg you will probably lose weight pretty consistently if you keep at it
did the same thing a few years ago, it's amazing how well it works. I was on keto for too long though I think. Carbs are the best source of explosive energy, which obviously helps with lifting weights, just something to bare in mind!
