You can't just download a software like flux?

You don't even need to. Windows 10 has that feature built in.

if you are gonna get them, get some for fashion reasons so you can use them normally but imo they don't work for eye strain and headaches

Why don't you stop doing that if you're experiencing discomfort?

i dont think the light blue ones are for your eyes, but rather the yellow ones which are made to reduce blue light since thats what makes you blind

Try distancing yourself from the screen and turn brightness off, but turn it off to still be able to see without effort

This may be one of your problems then, you use your eyes too much instead of relaxing and watching, making them tired easily

Windows 10 has a night light, and I don't think it matters too much which blue light glasses you get as long as they aren't completely shit
2021-05-13 18:57
use flux or something similar, take breaks and look at a distance, i had gunnar glasses, not worth, just use a filter and maybe reduce the brightness of the screen
2021-05-13 18:57
try taking paper notes if that's an option, carpal tunnels>eye issues
2021-05-13 19:11
if you have to use a screen, simply adjust the colors on the monitor or change it to night mode which lowers the blue light intensity significantly. i think all computers are capable of this...
