people are sheeps nowadays
nip played with huge disadvantage
and they beat fair and square
anyone disagrees with my comment should quit hltv
We won't accept this trash caused by NIP decision to demand a rematch.
theyve literally got 2 chances to win the match
this is bullshit man
GG mens no one feels good atm.
Just don't get all the laugh threads when you won 16-14 from Anonymo.
But no one is to blame but Trashpoint
I'm not hating on NiP as a team. Their management is despicable. GGWP and all that on taking the win, but a rematch should never have been on the cards. This is basic competitive integrity, even more basic and unviolatable than minor packet loss issues. Flashpoint were the original cause of the problem, but Hicham Chahine disgusts me. He has no respect for the game whatsoever. Even the players did not want a rematch, just recognition that their playing standards were unacceptable. I think everyone, from NiP fans to neutral observers to Anonymo fans agrees that the match should never have been played with packet loss. It is simply Hicham Chahine who disgusts us, but most fans have directed the hate which should be addressed at him onto the org and the players, who did nothing to accept this.
This is the first competent comment I've seen with all this random toxicity rn. Like NIP and Anonymo both got screwed, the game should have been stopped 1-1 ovp.
Feels bad for Anonymo
Only they got punished for Faceit fault… But they were on time, they followed the rules and now they have just some hours to prepare for next game and may be even out of tournament
GGWP Anonymo, but rematch was still needed as the first attempt put NIP at a disadvantage.
If you experience any fps/ping/loss issues, you pause the game and report it to admins and refuse to play. They won Overpass 16-3 and almost won Mirage in OT with 40% packet loss? Wow, they must be out of the Earth, cause 5% is already unplayable at this level.
GGWP to both
Obviously, the match shouldn't have been started, but postponed. - best solution
BUT: match was forced to continue by Flashpoint, so a rematch was the only viable solution to "restore" at least some of the competitive integrity.
It's simply by the rulebook, which every team signed.
Twitter wars were bad for both sides, and also for other pros, which should just keep their mouth shut, since they are not in the situation like the Anonymo and NiP players.
Stop the hate and keep it civil. Without this game we all wouldn't be here.
I swear this is one of the rare non-toxic threads about Anonymo and NIP
