No worries, you might do it tomorrow. This is a struggle of a young man in western world of the XXI century. There are soo many things you can do but you still do noting about it - instead you waste your time. Years ago you used to have tribes, nations gathered around common goals, big communities - now people are more and more disctracted from the communities, and there are less and less people that could help you. Nowadays there struggle means that everyhing is accesible easily - junk food, games, tv shows, porn, drugs, alcohol, social medias etc - a young man have all these things and stand complety alone, and he is not able to forsee the results of the long term effects of abusing these hedonistic activities. Your brain is filled with tons of shit information that you simply don't need. Try to focus on easily achiveable goals, step by step - don't expect that change will happen fast. Do 4 things as well if you can - 1. get rid of toxic people around you if you have them, 2. do sports (helps a lot) 3. start working on your CV and talk with other people and friends about job you could do. 4. establish a moring routine that last more than 30 min Good luck.
