It was kinda expected that this DLC gonna be buggy.
Paradox themselves said that old engine from CK2 wasn't prepared for so many DLCs. And EU is running on that engine.

Yeah i mean if you're into RTS like me you can enjoy their games without DLCs just like i did with EU4 but we need to admit that DLCs makes these game so much better but yeah they're still very playable without them

But let's not forget that their DLCs aren't like the situation with Sims 4, when EA just cutted off the game and forced players to buy it side by side with fucking huge price.
Their DLCs = long-term game supporting, which adds new ideas and mechanics and that keeps players in the game.
And Crusader Kings 3 has many new completely things which makes you really enjoy this game and not feel that you just bought a barebone.

But it's DLCs which were created in 8 years while they supported the game. And which gives you new mechanics, hew stuff, new experience.
For example, if you buy AC ot CoD games every year (which almost doesn't have big differences) you'll spend way more money. While DLCs in Paradox games are giving you really something new and fresh.

Game alone = Playable for newbies, very playable for RTS veterans
Game + DLC = Insanely playable for newbies cuz you need some DLC mechanics to conquer the world with X nation but you can't do this without that DLC while you're newbie
So yeah it's like Joao Felix in Atletico you know he is good but the fact you payed 130 millions makes you feel you overpayed for him
EUIV is completely unplayable without certain dlc`s, it really sucks :/

Ck2 is probably the most memable when you play MP. Funding enemies of your friends. schemes to kill them, satanic possesion, duels, fucking their wives, etc. CK2 is kind of more about your chaarcter and his succesor more than about kingdoms / states which makes it super fun in Multi when you can fuck with people. But in SP EU and Hoi are better i dont blame you for not being interested. But idk what you meant by other 3? Stellaris or Viki or which one is the third?

They are entirely different once you get into them but CK2 if free to play rn and its small download so its easy to try out. Ofc its not the full game which would be hundreds of euros thanks to pdx scum dlc policy.
Though there are websites where you can get the dlc activated for your game for free....

For example October Revolution in 1917 in Russia, which leads to the creation of USSR.

Sure but compare those couple cool things to the progress to forming HRE, roman empire, russia, spain, germany, mongol empire mughals, USA, you name it its hours of content all leading up to that moment I really cant see how those few moments could compare to the journey of creating the roman empire and conquering the entire world.

Ye Hoi4 playthrough only take time if its modded for more content or if you play as a weak nation, take your time and run till endgame cause by then AI spammed many divisions and the game is slow af. The main reason Hoi4 is very popular is the very dope mods. For victoria, its over 100 years as well so the games are shorter than Eu4 but its fine, Idk how vickie 3 will be.

Victoria 3 will also have 100 years (1836-1936), but it will have 4 ticks per 1 game day (1 tick - 1 period of the day, morning-day-evening-night), so campaign won't feel short.

This is global strategy, not imaginary game.
This game is 10000 times deeper and more interesting than every CoD or AC game.
