i disagree, they just won six invitational and probably got a shit ton of money from sponsors

Winning tournaments doesnt make the org money, the prize pool goes to the players. And I dont see how it makes money from sponsors

Are you going to give us a source or you "just know"? If it's the latter than your comments are worthless

It's hard to give a source about it since it's something that industry members just mention casually sometimes, best I can get is a reddit and hltv thread where a bunch of people say the same thing as me, but neither of them provide a specific source as well so take it or not idc reddit.com/r/GlobalOffensive/comments/7u.. hltv.org/forums/threads/2436474/how-much..

If the win a tournament they don't need to pay the players as mutch as they would with the sponsors money right?
2021-05-27 09:41

I don't think that would change the salary, but that would be contract dependant, and I have no idea how Rainbow Six contracts work.

Stop being stupid all of you, they got device when his contract was due in a couple months for an UNDISCLOSED SUM. Not 1 mil. We dont know. And it was he who wanted to leave, to join NIP specifically. They probably didnt even ask fnatic.

I think those roles would be taken then. Ik Rez does a lot of entry shit on NiP, not sure who their lurker is but they definitely have one. It is Swedish CS though, so roles may only really matter on CT.

NiP's Lurk is Hampus, you always see him try and do backstabs, sometimes it works, sometimes it don't
2021-05-27 06:22

Ah ok, that makes a lot of sense. Either way there isn't really room for HEAP on NiP rn, Olof would be a better fit rolewise. I doubt NiP pick him up though, if anything it's more likely they buy out Krimz. Fnatic aren't playing well at the moment, but until very recently he was putting up impressive numbers.

Hater, you shame people for getting happy winning in flashpoint xD and learn about roles. Yes he should kill more but take a look at the matches you casual. Ztr baita for device on T AND CT. And he still get multifrags.

He is a good player, not the best stats but have huge impact when its really needed. That is what counts in the end and NiP + analytics agree. But i believe he will improve, he is young.

like get_right in past 2017. he wasn't fragging better at all and had less potential during that time. ztr is progressing and i don't see why they would kick him.

i believe he has sall the bitch roles, so as long as they can keep winning they should keep him. Obviously if they are able to get KRIMZ or another good T1 supp player they should and send ZTR to Young Ninjas

KRIMZ isnt washed up. FNATIC is a dead team already. He cant perform with bad teammates and bad teamwork, i bet if he joined NiP he would give a boost to all the players and possibly get them into the top 10

Same thing with Kyojin, they both got plucked from tier 2/3 and are put into the most difficult roles, they need 6 months absolute bare minimum of solid competition before we can say for sure if they're not good. Could be a year, could be longer. Not everyone is oBo.
2021-05-27 02:57
hate me all you want, but zr is not the issue and krimz is not the solution.. if you want nip to perform they need igl and they need igl with expirience which can get potential from their players, however i don't know anyone from sweden who could do that... nip tried switching shitload of players and it never really worked out for them

Actually they need to keep the team as it is. Dev1ce needs some time to adapt and throw away years of imbedded astralis gamestyle and adapt to NiP gamestyle, not easy. ZTR stats isnt good, but hes really good when it come to impact and he is there when its really needed. Only got positive feedback/credits from analytics. I think ZTR will improve his stats in time, he still have a lot to learn.

He played well at EPL 13 tho and they’ve played 4 series with this new roster and lost 1 series to g2, one of the best teams in the scene rn. And btw that series was very close and could have gone nips way in which case the -ztr threads wouldn’t keep popping up.

As long as his average rating is below 0.95 these ratings will be always coming.
2021-05-27 03:22
the best solution is to either keep ztr for max 3 months to see if he improves his k/d, if not pick up olofmeister, he fits perfectly for nip and he said he wants to join nip on stream. quite similar playstyle but a better player overall.
