I bought snowden's book and in the last chapter he literally writes "btw you're on a list now bro" that's pretty crazy lol

Doubt it. Snowden is a big enough celebrity that it shouldn't trigger any red flags there. If you were like obsessed with him then maybe. Remember that watchlists have to remain as small as possible to be effective. They wont just add you for anything.

I don't think he means like 'constant monitoring' but afaik their storage capability is big enough at this point that they can just look up nearly everyone on earth and store it in case it later becomes relevant
2021-06-07 04:39

That's what is happening to everyone through our use of technology. A watchlist is different though. People on there are being actively monitored.

Most of us doing a second job or working overtimes off the record to avoid the taxes. I know it doesn’t sound legal but it’s a matter of survival... plus Greek families stick together for this reason. For example many avoiding the kindergartens and they let the grandmothers to take care of the childs. And of course working both parents is a must. But that’s not possible every time because we have 30% unemployment

Cost of life in Brazil is pretty small, even if compared to other countries moneys, but that's only. Food, electric energy, water and housing (rent) is cheap, but the rest is more expensive here, tech, products in general (clothing, tools, maintenance, services), mobile, cars, etc, there are some products that are 10x more expensive (relatively, ofc)

- Poland - Selling building materials for people who build entire neighborhoods / esports / + my own little businesses like investing / renting apartments that I own / and some more - I finished highschool and never went to university - Hard to say, I don't really have same salary every month. Around 4-5k Euro/month. Sometimes more. Depends cuz I don't work in one place. - 5 hours a day, sometimes 8. - again, hard to say cuz sometimes I am able to work with laptop and my phone so I can go for 1 month vacation and still work 4h/day. Bonuses: - company car (I sold my own cuz it was useless), - free fuel, no matter if I drive for work, vacation, weekends or whatever. Year salary: - again, hard to say cuz of many businesses and ways of income. 2021 will be great year for me cuz of bitcoin. I made more money in first 4/5 months of this year than 2020 and 2019 combined.

Also, I think everything is getting really expensive in CPH. So I guess the salary fits the environment. At the moment right now the covid-testers (no education needed) get fuckin paid around €25-30 an hour, and can work all day and at night they get even more.

It´s not that insane in a danish context. I make 58K as a school teacher (before taxes) => 40K (after taxes), and that´s an average job. So not unexpected if he works in finances and periodically has extra hours. But a good pay for sure.

In our country 6 years of education are waste of time. Only one advantage is opportunity to meet useful people and friends. Our study was a shame. In our mentality you have to go to university and spend 6 years there. Because without bachelor and master (optional) you can't work for government. Our people desperately want to work for country. And average salary (per month) in Kazakhstan - 540$. Minimal salary - 100$.

Info: - Country: Denmark/Copenhagen - Proffesion: School Teacher - How many years was your education: 4 - Salary per month in €: 4800 before taxes, 3300 after taxes + something added to my pension + paid vacation (i literally get paid 12 full monthly paychecks) - How many hours do u work per day / and do u work in the weekend: Denmark has 37 hours for a full work week, working 47 weeks/year. But as teachers have fewer work days than others, that is converted to a longer work week of about 40 hours - including meetings, time to prepare, courses etc. Actual time spent in class room is 5-6 hours/6-7 lessons per day. - How many weeks of holiday/free from work do you get per year: 5 + 1 optional (free time or extra money) (extra info such as working overtime, bonus payment, extra jobs and so on) No overtime pay. I work 1700 hours per year and some of that will be evenings (meetings with parents) and even overnight (school trips), and some will be whenever i want to. I can take on extra duties, like being in charge of the science class room etc. That comes with extra pay, but not extra time ... will just have to make time. Each teacher has about 1000 Euros worth of such extra duties per year. - Lastly, your YEARLY salary: about 58000 Euros before taxes, 40000 Euros entering my bank account after taxes That is sort of an average job and average salary in Denmark, if you have some form of education.

You're getting 100% for 2 years but only 50% of wage after these 2 years (+bonus it counts in pension contribution ^^). Theoretically you can never work and still get paid for the rest of your life. However 600€ / month is not enough if you don't own a house because real estate is expensive in France.

you can have 5 fully paid sick leaves without any confirmation or notice from doctor and etc. essentially it's just + 5 holidays. If you used all 5 and get sick you can go to doctor for examination or whatever you need, and ask for a note for work. Also there's option for unpaid sick leaves but it makes no sense to use it.

That's an average, btw. - 6 to 9 hours a day depending on different things. I work some weekends depending on workload. - 5 weeks including a bonus week (so 6 overall). (extra info such as working overtime, bonus payment, extra jobs and so on): Bonus payment not included in the overall salary because it can differ and doesn't happen every month, overtime gives double so can make my pay bigger indeed (dont do this often tbh), no extra jobs or anything. - Yearly: Before taxes it's 45.182,68€, after taxes it's 29.044,98€.

How much preperation is left to do after the first year? You must be able to reuse a lot of material, right?
2021-06-10 08:00
1 reply
It's true, that after some time you have old material, that you just reuse. Some of it gets perfected a bit more after evaluating a subject. This gives me more time to do other work related stuff. But i try to make new shit, for example if the kids are in to pokemon, fortnite, gaming or something, and find some material about this. But i also have a lot of paper work, that i need to do aswell in my preperation. But i also get better at this at time, so i don't need to use all my time on this.

Oh alright at least that’s better, but the cost of living has to be less than half of US living costs for the salaries to be proportionate

Ah it’s less than half, I’m doing very well here XD I traveled there once and I have some friends living there (also physicians who choose to do their residency training there), so I’m well aware about costs of living.
