twitter.com/s1mpleO/status/1402623969551.. since s1mple does not know the positions on ancient (6 days before blast) that means that navi will probably perma ban ancient from now on and will finally play vertigo or is he baiting ? discuss

This is just a obvious bait
2021-06-09 17:23
It was pretty clear since the beginning that Navi rather play Ancient than Vertigo. Its just too late for them to start practicing Vertigo when everyone else plays it for such a long time. Its the worst map in the pool for me so I would appreciate it anyways

They got a whole tournament worth of time off, and spent more than half of it on holidays. And then they wonder why they win so less, while hardworking teams like old astralis, current gambit win so much more. Such a bad work ethic, tbh.

why bait if they had long holidays for real? my friends saw s1mple on Sunday in Odessa's beach club it means that thay had 1 week holiday and yesterday they just came home and start practicing :)

why bait you ask? " they wonder why they win so less, while hardworking teams like old astralis, current gambit win so much more. Such a bad work ethic, tbh." they won twice from Gambit in last meetings and have most tournament wins from all tier1 teams? or you also baiting?

NaVi are so unstable and also showed bad performance in last RMR tournament. Because of this performance they can lose legend status and join Major as challengers or even other stage. Any other team would work hard to fix mistakes for next tournament and RMR also if they want get top1-2 and reach legend spot.

Navi 2 tournaments this year how many for gambit?

Gambit has 6 grandFinals in 2021, including finals of EVERY Tier1 event that they have attended. They have won 3 of these finals. 4 out of 7, if you count Blast Spring Showdown 2021 as well, though it's not a final.

hltv.org/events/5764/pinnacle-cup-2021 But that's not the point. The point is about working hard. I've been to Astralis headquarters a couple of times, I have seen how strict and disciplined they are. It is necessary in a way. Navi has a carefree attitude on the other hand.
2021-06-09 17:48
I agree, for me the navi are very lazy, although I can understand their vacations, they have won two tournaments so far this year and a break is not bad, but is not navi one of the teams with the best salary or am I wrong?
2021-06-09 17:50

No idea about salaries, mate :D I've only followed their team and players publicly, but I've no idea what goes on anywhere else in CIS region xD.

I feel like it is a relatively easy map to learn, it is not the biggest map, doubt navi will ban this map but they might if they don't feel comfortable with the amount of info they gather by then.
2021-06-09 17:26
it doesnt matter, every team is shit on Ancient now
2021-06-09 17:27
This may surprise you but Russian speaking teams have their own spot call outs, some are in common with english but most are different. For example they call short and long on inferno as 15 and 20
