Energy drinks and supplements

Getting all this from facebook adds (never bought any energy drinks and supplements etc. from internet). Previously , there was hype on energy (powder) drinks, like G-Fuel, then Sneak, then others, etc. Now I see a bunch of companies who advertise energy food supplements, all natural, super healthy. Like yeah, sure, saw 2 identical adds and same prices from 2 different companies already, wtf? So revolutionary, jeez. What's next? Energy syringes? Or powder that you just inhale instead of mixing with water? What is your opinion on these types of things? Do they really help? Does this energy food supplement actually helps you with focus and wake you up without caffeine?

Currently using some Chewable Pills, and they kind of work I would say. They're waaay to overpriced with about 1€ per pill though and they don't taste too great aswell.

Are they ok to use let's say after 6pm and then have no trouble sleeping? Or only morning/day time?

It just feels like I'm more concentrated. I don't think they will have that much impact on your sleep as long as you don't use them 2hrs before you go to bed (they still contain caffeine though). It's called MadMonq btw

energy drinks are terrible for you, usually they have tons of sugar, and if they're sugar free they're probably full of aspartame/cancer causing sugar substitutes

Short answer: no. A healthy diet will give you energy. And supplements cannot replace a healthy diet. You see it on energy drinks all the time. They advertise shit like taurine, ginseng, vitamin d, etc. But really the only 2 compounds that give you "energy" are the glucose and the caffeine. The other shit is irrelevant.
