I was just never really interested in it and when I played it with my friends it was alright, but CS is better so we just never played it again.
I play valorant. I will ignore this
too colorful for my taste. never been into cartoony games
I ranked in at bronze but I out aim 9/10 times but ducking raze sucks
low skill ceiling
died to 10yr olds with crap aim and uninstalled
because there's no incentive to play aggro lol, it's so slow and if you peek into someone you get insta deleted because the movement speed feels inexistent
you don't need to counterstrafe to awp either, popflashes (which take years of experience to learn to do properly in CS) are one button, you can have like 10 smokes per round, you can jump on boxes, you can see people through walls
it goes on and on, valorant is only successful because it has Riot behind it, otherwise nobody would take it seriously
I don't like the art style, don't like the balance, don't see how to use any power properly, don't like the spray control or hitboxes, don't like the map design, there's just a ton that really hard to like about the game and because it has so many characters it basically becomes pay2win to get the OP characters for certain maps.
Too slow , too much going on at the same like a MOBA game, gun spray sucks. Not my cup of tea.
never been into games like Apex legends, fortnite or overwatch, but seeing those games mixed up with CS:GO is just disgusting.
I think games with abilities and/or are pick paced are weird.
That's why I dislike R6S, overwatch, and apex (even though i play it casually with my friends)
E: I used to play dota, but idk, kinda seems weird and stupid considering there will always be a meta which people follow in pubs, scrims, and tourneys
Valorant has lower skill ceiling and is basically for players who want to play overwatch but don't want to be memed.
bc every 5 seconds i get assaulted by 7 different agent abbilities
Don't like the style, don't like weapons design, gameplay is slow and the skills are just too much. I don't have time for learning yet another game. It's not marketed for people like me, it's for kids (yes I get the irony that most of pros are 25+ guys from CS scene)
But I liked overwatch, at least they have so thic, sexy characters
valorant anticheat = virus
valarante child game
valarante cartoon world
what more do i have to say?
Well it's a blatant rip of CS:GO and they've ruined a lot of the things that make CS great imo.
If they had literally just tried to make a better version of CS rather than cartoon fantasy trash I would've at the very least watched more than the trailer.
I tried it a few times during the beta. I just really disliked the whole abilities aspect of the game, especially how game-changing some of them are. Reviving teammates, teleporting, seeing enemies through walls, etc. These kinds of abilities don't have a place in competitive play in my opinion because of how impactful they are on the outcome without requiring any skill whatsoever from the player.
It looks very bad.
It doesn't seem fun.
There's stupid ass abilities that take away lots of the tactical layer that CS is built on.
Less is definitely more when it comes to great games.
it seems ok, i would play it if cs didn't exist
I prefer to play something else
gun play isn’t satisfying, you move too slow, those heroes will bring nothing but unbalanced chaos to the game. community toxic, esport is meh and it doesn’t have default T models.
Dunno. I played it a few times and it really just isn't my thing. Got it back when it was given away on twitch
Mainly I can't stand sounds and animations. Characters look like dolls and weapons look and feel like plastic toys.
I've played it a bit when it first came out, didn't really impress me as a game, cs just felt better in general.
the abilities just aren't my thing, in any game, even less in FPS games
Because the game is a coin flip and can be either fun or very boring. I also don’t like how I feel like I’m
On mud 24/7. I still play the game but not as much as I did when it first came out. The fact that everyone in immortal/radiant has a massive ego is something I don’t like either.
Because it's a low-effort shit that doesn't deserve another player.
- I dont like the cartoon optic.
- movement looks shit and slow, weapons look shit, I mean they have a "living" dragon rife.
- maps are ass tiny. They even admit that they had to add corners everywhere because the spells were otherwise too powerfull. So they had to chuck their map design for every map - great.
- I dont like the spells and characters.
- shooting and hitting feels and looks meaningless and weightless.
- riot is a dirty company.
- I am not a child anymore.
- I use my pc also as work pc, dont want even more chynese spies on it with this not deactivatable trojan kernel code from chyna.
I will stay with CS even if I am the only one in the world playing it. I did play it alone or with a few friends in the earliest days and will do that again. I dont get anything from the status of the game. Popular or not - I dont care. If its good its good.
I abandoned all competitive games i used to play, too much time wasted and to much stress.
Now i use my free time to play single player games that doesn't make me question my life decisions.
played it a bit(around 150H) and reason for me is that im not a fan of powers, spray control and guns in general are very easy if you played Cs before its too easy to give it a try to grind, CS is more challenging, need more brain and its just more competetive in general for me
because i dont have time to learn it sadly but i am going on summer break now so i will of course spend it playing the Superior game. One has to learn Valorant as CSGO is dying in a year or two
I dont like weeb shit, plus a shooter its suppose to be a shooter no a magic contest
I dont like the art and don't like powers interfering with shooting
