Most important building block of every succesful diet is to get a large amount of saturated fats and processed sugars, do not listen to the guy above. Also cholesterine is similar to testosterone, so make sure you get those numbers up.

when i lived back with my parents, they fed me A LOT, cuz we're from the Indian Subcontinent, so the foods we consumed contained a lot of calories and unnecessary carbs. that was defo a reason why i gained so much. Fortunately, there were no fast food restaurants i could eat at nearby, otherwise I would 100% be >110kg. i dont have any tips, but hopefully u'll hit ur mass goal.

Gaining weight is the hard part in terms of working out - not losing fat. Read up on dieting, buy weight gainers and just force yourself to eat i.e. 500 kcal above your equilibrium intake. With your weight, you don't need to eat *that* much in order to gain :)

Dont go for walks and jogs when u are skinny. Eat alot (good food) and lift heavy. Deadlift, squat, benchpress and military press. Eat alot if protein. Nuts are good.

Try to just eat alot. And get enough protein for each meal. Eat 4-5 times a day. For breakfast and supper you can eat like eggs, tuna on bread. Or quark. I eat quark with peanuts hehe. For lunch and dinner just eat like chicken and pasta and eat ALOT if u are 195cm and like 60kg. And add like nuts in your salad for lunch and dinner. And lift fucking heavy, dont run. Walking or biking u can do i guess if u just want to move. But dont do cardio when u r skinny. Lift heavy and eat big if u wanna become bigger. And eat good food. Like i said, eat alot of chicken pasta, fish, nuts or something. Dont eat like ice cream and shit to gain weight.

if this is serious, then yo udefinitely need to change some things, this weight is definitely on the brink of beign unheallthy if it isn't already. Calculate your daily calorie needs and aim for a decent surplus, let's say 400-500 kcal. Try to hit that threshold, but don't dirty bulk. Try to minimize saturated fats and sugar, protein and plant based un saturated fats are your friends. Some decent foods: Chicken Breast, Rice, Broccoli, Peas, Oats, Chickpeas, Beef, Eggs, you can also use supplements like protein Powder to meet your Protein goals. You should aim for 1.5g-2g per kg body mass.

So you need to calculate BMR- your basal metabolism (thats how much calories you need to intake if you are a plant basically so laying all day etc) then you need to calculate your maintenance calories calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html you can do it here in, then you put eat around 200-500 calories over your maintenance and you will gain weight. Easy as that <3

I workout twice a week. Some abs,push ups and various stretching exercices for my back and shoulders . I am 179cm and 62 kg, so i also have trouble gaining wheight. If I workoit more than twice a week i start to loose even more wight, so i think i will visit a nutricionist to adjust my diet for my workout routine. Muay thai is very good for self defence and it provides a good workout in general, however most combat sports consist of a lot of cardio, meaning that u will need to eat more than you normally do in order to gain weight

You wont see much gains by hitting a muscle group once a week. If you want to keep going to the gym 3 times a week, you should do a whole body workout (x3), or lower/upper split. Focus on compound lifts (squat, deadlift etc), they train your abs enough. No time wasted on crunches. Also what kind of muay thai gains are you expecting by training mt once a week?

Are you telling me basic calisthenics ab exercises are some how more effective at strenghtening your whole core than a heavy beltless deadlift and squats? Yes ab exercises have their time and place, but in your case rock climbing (the activity you are training your core for) combined with compound lifts is superior to most ab focused exercises.

Yes, they are definitely better core workouts for every part of the core than your back. You mentioned crunches which is not even a good ab exercise. Just look them up. for abs specifically, doing squat and deadlift does not do a very good job of making them stronger.

Doing compound lifts absolutely do a good job of making your WHOLE core stronger, including abs. Maybe not make them more defined, but they sure make them stronger. Just look it up. Also I never said only doing compound lifts to train your abs. If rock climbing requires strong abs, then I'd say rock cilmbing is the best ab exercise for you. Combine that with compound lifts (deadlift, squats etc) and you got yourself a recipe for strong core including abs.

Its like other sports. Training besides the sport is needed. Tennis players don't just play tennis, soccer players dont just play soccer. Abs are used a lot, but you make way better improvements training things individually.

They dont only play the sport because those sports do not really train the core, even if core muscles are needed. You said rock climbing requires strong abs, so I thought rock climbing trains your core by itself, like wrestling does. Sure if your sport doesnt train a muscle group, you should train it.

Currently im in cut mode so Monday morning cardio 30 min&abs later in the day back and triceps Tuesday morning cardio 30 min&abs chest and biceps Wednesday group training that i hold as an instructor (les mills body pump) thats cardio with weights Thursday morning bodypump 30 min later in the day legs Friday morning cardio &abs 1 week i do chest 1 week back Saturday arms and shoulders Sunday rest Ps i work as a personal trainer&group fitness instructor

if this is no bait: you will gain upper body strength/muscles by training legs. trust me. its the biggest muscle group and your entire body will improve by training legs.

Full body 3 times per week with 1 rest day between them except weekend , simple as that. If you are a begginer id say dont complicate things with push pull legs and so on. Just focus on the main big compound movements ( squat , bench press , pullups , deadlifts and rows ) and try to get stronger day by day with progressive overload. After you get to know and do these things with good form you are good to go with other splits.
