Impossible to avoid. But the higher chance for the elders
you should know it
healthy life style, genetics, luck
Heart attack can happen to anyone but children.
You can prevent this, by doing fitness, eating healthy (even eating food that helps prevent heart attack).
But even then you can be perfectly healthy and still get heart attack like eriksen.
Without any heart problems from being fat and such the chances of it happening would be pretty low
dont be fat
moderate alcohol intake (eg. red wine is good for you)
Eat healthy. Move your ass. Avoid doctors. Do not vaccinate.
To minimalize chances just eat healthy and be somewhat active. Don't dope like that soccer guy and you'll be fine
Don't overstress your heart (excess exercise, being a fat slob, doing drugs, visiting HLTV etc.)
Pretty much impossible.
My friend died at age 22, he didn't smoke, he was drinking 2 times a year, no drugs, no coffee or anything. He had routine medical controls because he was pretty good at riding bikes, he wanted to get sponsored by redbull.
One day he was watering plants at her moms garden and just died. Doctors said "it was just random heart attack, it can happen to any1, any times and sometimes there is no way to avoid it".
a normal funcitoning healthy body should have no problems. Things like obesity, drugs, asthma (unluko), smoking and drinking can worsen the situation, try to avoid these dear HLTV mens))
Genetics can play part i guess
there was this young ajax player i think his name was abdelhak nouri he had a heart attack at the age of 20 and collapsed in a friendly game.
i wonder how this was overlooked by the doctors from ajax when they do the medical checkups.
he woke up from a 3 year coma.
Drink a lot of water, be a very relaxed person and then genetics come into play aswell
For the first time of my life, i cried in front of my television.
The moment i saw his wife i went full crying mode like a real girl mens.
i think its because he got the vaccine for covid. It affects very fit people very much.
Eat healthy, exercise, dont smoke, moderate drinking. That's it.
don't use anabolic steroids and try to be healthy
Do the basic things to reduce the risk
Exercise Routinely (weighttraining & cardio are good)
Healthy Bodyfat (10-20% for males)
Eat Veggies and Fruits
Avoid using PEDs like SARMS
You can live a healthy lifestyle and decrease the chance for it to happen. But since a healthy footballer can get it, everyone can. It can also be a heart issue that runs in the family or stuff like that. But shit can happen to everyone, i mean my great grandmother is 99 and have never had a heart attack, so ofcourse not everyone gets it. You can however train your heart by shocking it. Do 1 min cardio, MAX speed 1 min, rest until heart rate drops, then do the same, repeat 3 times. Will get your heart stronger.
don't exercise too heavy just walk alot - maybe power walk --- eat healthy - Mediterranean. find ways to reduce stress. stretch daily or do yoga
> some guy gets heart attack
OH WOW BOYS CAN IT HAPPEN TO ME MATE
ye you also can get hit by a bus tomorrow lad settle down
Memento mori my friend, it happens to everyone.
Don't consciously beat ur heart
u cant avoid it if its gonna happen. but what u can do is that to prepare for the worst whether u fainted unconcious or ur never ever gonna wake up ( death ) just prepared 4Head
One of my school mates died at age 15 while we were just hanging out at the public square in our city one evening. It was an undiscovered heart condition. It can happen at any age.
Actually you cannot avoid it, even if you are a pro athlete, but of course if you do sports, don't smoke, drink, do drugs, you are not overweight the probability of getting a heart attack is lower
If someone writes your name on the Death Note without cause of death, you'll die of heart attack regardless of age.
Avoid having high cholesterol. But it can happen at anyone at any moment. Doesn’t really matter how healthy you are, or how fit.
a friend of mine was 19 and passed away from heart attack. was completely fit. idk wht happened suddenly...
Omega3 non-saturated healthy fats from fish oil mostly. Reduces cardiovascular risk at 60+yo by over 70% based on hunders of scientific researches all over the world.
Eskimos have lowest heart attack risk from all countries cause they eat a lot of fish from the sea (full of omega 3 which reduces all kinds of inflammation in humans body > you get better defense to a lot of diseased like cancer too)
i clicked on this beacuse i thought it was something about Eriksen
well, your chances a really low if you're young and healthy :) like the heart attack like Eriksen's is very rare :) and you don't see it often in football.
theres always a chance, like u may have some cardiac disease that you're not aware of yet etc
it's very very rare to get it when your young unless you're born with a heart issue that goes unnoticed. even if you are obese it is still rare in your teens.
heart attack for anyone is 50/50, it either happens or it doesnt. i have gcse in maths btw
This almost gave me earth attack
It can happen at any age and there are factors that increase the risk.
But you can be assured that with a correct diet and even small ammounts of exercise can reduce the risk by a big margin
do not search any sick or little diease from google that make you in danger situation haha
you absolutely can, its incredibly uncommon but it does happen. It has to be said that is isnt normal and that most are due to underlying conditions concerning the heart, things you really cant see unless you're looking for them, i.e an enlarged artery or blocked pathway etc that can cause a weak heart to unfortunately give out.
You do know that there's a specific beat in which if you were to be hit in the chest "somewhat hard" your heart could stop, the human body is incredibly fragile we're just a very stretched bag of blood, guts and bones, 1 little puncture or a hard hit to the head and we're goners. The older you get the more you realize this
protect your lives, take care of each other, love and respect each other!
Your first thought is to make a HLTV thread instead of googling and learning about it.
