Heart attack can happen to anyone but children. You can prevent this, by doing fitness, eating healthy (even eating food that helps prevent heart attack). But even then you can be perfectly healthy and still get heart attack like eriksen.

it didnt looked like a heart attack at all. im the first aider in my company and get a first aiders course every 2 years and made a paramedic assistant education in my youth and a heart attack looks pretty different at least in the theorie. I try to google since yesterday if someone reports already a specific diagnose of what really happended but even his Paramedics didnt used a medical term, everyone just call it a collapse ... but yeah if i remember correctly we all heared of someone who just fell dead like a stone and it was the heart .. without the pain and panic and the grab to the heart.
2021-06-13 13:30
professional athletes are anything but healthy.. they do look healthy but that much exercise is overkill for their bodies

red wine contains significant amounts of resveratrol ofc you can get it from other sources but red wine is also tasty so win-win aaand no. you will get a bit more oxygen radicals, you will get some GABAerg neuron stimulation for a while, etc but you wont suffer from anything unless you're a heavy drinker

Don't overstress your heart (excess exercise, being a fat slob, doing drugs, visiting HLTV etc.)
2021-06-13 00:05
Pretty much impossible. My friend died at age 22, he didn't smoke, he was drinking 2 times a year, no drugs, no coffee or anything. He had routine medical controls because he was pretty good at riding bikes, he wanted to get sponsored by redbull. One day he was watering plants at her moms garden and just died. Doctors said "it was just random heart attack, it can happen to any1, any times and sometimes there is no way to avoid it".

+1 any type of "failure" in a body can occur to anyone at any time, Im legit scared of my own body cause I know it isnt reliable whatsoever. Cannot wait until we become cyborgs and dont have to be constantly scared of everything we do
2021-06-13 02:10
Was it genetic? He might've had hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, which is a genetic heart condition that can cause sudden death and does not show a link with how much exercise someone does. It also quite common for people under 30
2021-06-13 14:15

Nope. Nobody else in his family had any heart problems. After death his parents wanted to do full autopsy and doctors said that was just random heart attack. As I said before, he didn't take drugs, he was fit, no alcohol, his body was "a temple". shit happens.

You can live a healthy lifestyle and decrease the chance for it to happen. But since a healthy footballer can get it, everyone can. It can also be a heart issue that runs in the family or stuff like that. But shit can happen to everyone, i mean my great grandmother is 99 and have never had a heart attack, so ofcourse not everyone gets it. You can however train your heart by shocking it. Do 1 min cardio, MAX speed 1 min, rest until heart rate drops, then do the same, repeat 3 times. Will get your heart stronger.
2021-06-13 04:32

The thing is these footballers playing at higher intensity practice and thats not good for your heart. Just be regular sport person playing sports at least once a week and you'll be fine regardless of hoe fat you are

Yeah thats what i mean, if you look at a variety of heart doctors they want you to train your heart by making it work in different speeds, not just maintaining the same heart rate all the time. People dont understand that, thats why they are shocked when a marathon runner dies from a heart attack at the finish line.

One of my school mates died at age 15 while we were just hanging out at the public square in our city one evening. It was an undiscovered heart condition. It can happen at any age.
2021-06-13 09:58
Actually you cannot avoid it, even if you are a pro athlete, but of course if you do sports, don't smoke, drink, do drugs, you are not overweight the probability of getting a heart attack is lower
2021-06-13 10:01
If someone writes your name on the Death Note without cause of death, you'll die of heart attack regardless of age.
2021-06-13 10:19

It kinda does matter how healthy and fit you are xd, actually the main reason people get cardiovascular disease is because of being unfit.
2021-06-13 14:09

But football players who are super fit get heart attacks. Eriksen got 1 yesterday and got CPR for 15 mins on the pitchs lol. Eriksen is pretty fucking fit, obviously. So no, it doesnt matter how fit you are, you can get a heart attack.
2021-06-13 15:41

But those cases are super rare, and they happen when you overwork yourself too much. Since they make up such a small amount of cases , they are pretty much negligible when applying it to the general population. You said " Doesn’t really matter how healthy you are, or how fit." but it does, there is a reason why for every five-point increase in BMI, the risk of heart failure rises 32%.
2021-06-13 15:50

football players are super duper fit and they get heart attacks, cyclists etc. They are human to. So everyone gets heart failure/problems. Doesnt matter how rare it is.

Omega3 non-saturated healthy fats from fish oil mostly. Reduces cardiovascular risk at 60+yo by over 70% based on hunders of scientific researches all over the world. Eskimos have lowest heart attack risk from all countries cause they eat a lot of fish from the sea (full of omega 3 which reduces all kinds of inflammation in humans body > you get better defense to a lot of diseased like cancer too)

do not search any sick or little diease from google that make you in danger situation haha
2021-06-13 16:27
you absolutely can, its incredibly uncommon but it does happen. It has to be said that is isnt normal and that most are due to underlying conditions concerning the heart, things you really cant see unless you're looking for them, i.e an enlarged artery or blocked pathway etc that can cause a weak heart to unfortunately give out. You do know that there's a specific beat in which if you were to be hit in the chest "somewhat hard" your heart could stop, the human body is incredibly fragile we're just a very stretched bag of blood, guts and bones, 1 little puncture or a hard hit to the head and we're goners. The older you get the more you realize this protect your lives, take care of each other, love and respect each other!
