same shit happened to me for 1 month.. Got burnout
leave hltv. easy. u think in 1940 they had something like procrastination when there was no internet no tv. it's all made to dumb u down.
Set parental restriction and lock yourself out of hltv
set timer on 2-5 minutes. for those minutes you start with the work. when the timer rings you decide wether to keep going or stop working. its easier when you have started.
also try to avoid this as fas tas possible because it burns you out so hard man. and sleep is important, its not worth it doing it in a night
just do a ministep at a time more will come from itself
goal for today is just to read ONE page
Just start studiying 5 minutes. Then 5 minutes break then 10 minutes then 5 minutes break etc. even if only 5 minutes just try it please it works
a wise men once said, u only procrastinate things that u absolutely don't wanna do. so rethink ur life choices and dont be a sheep to society. thanks for the attention and think about this.
I didnt study for my final exams at all and still got into to university xD
ez pz dont stress mate
if starting is the problem, just read for 5 minutes. the trick is to fool your brain and try to read just 5 more minutes, then 5 more and so on. once you are already reading, it's so much easier to continue reading.
cut the studying into smaller pieces. read for 20 minutes, take a 5 min break. on your break stretch/do jumping jacks/get a drink etc. something nice and small. repeat as many times as you can. if you decide to stop, be happy that you even did a little bit.
before starting to read, just look through what the book is about. the table of contents, what kind of chapters there are, what is the summary of the book/chapters. this way you will have a better understading how those things likely relate to each other. also this helps you make a study schedule for your next day ready. having a pre planned schedule is great, so you don't have to start figuring that out the first thing when starting to read.
also if you feel like you can't concentrate, try meditation. nothing fancy, just sit or lay down and be quiet. try to empty your mind and relax. concentrate on your breathing or maybe count in your head for 5 to 10mins
I mean.. Just start, that is often the hardest part just start, then do whatever x hours, then break x time then just start again, just start, just do it.
IF you dont just accept that it will never get done and you didnt want it anyways, which might also be fine.
