ok watched it, but imo it did have impact on the ball, even if its not on purpose.
but i still dont like the ruling if its just done in hindsight... the impact of the "handball" obviously wasnt even enough to be seen be noticed by the referee
so i agree, goal should be granted
It will be like this the whole euro. Hungary scored against Portugal and the dude was clearly 1m offside close to the side line ref and they still let it play and removed the goal later.
I think they gave directions to refs to act like this to utilise var the most or smt.
The guy offside serving for the goal malded and got a yellow, understandable imo
