most of people i know who live in detached houses, they do have AC's. Why wouldnt u have? even u have 3-4 moths warm weather and u can afford it? Why not lol. thats a huge quality of life upgrade. Thats really my personal experience on this. Also what ever city ive visited family or friends, if they live in detached house, they have an AC

people dont realize old people who may fall ill can really suffer. bought my grandfather a fan and those forms you can make ice in. no one has AC around here, i do in my living room but thats on the bottom floor. 30+ c is insane and im dying here at 28c
