looking for an upgrade from my g pro wired. i have a small hand so i'm only looking at small sized mice. from what i have read xtrfy m42 is the best and the most versatile option on the market while xtrfy mz1 is pretty good when it comes to FPS but perhaps not as comfortable in everything else. does anybody have other options and what do you guys think about the two mice i've just mentioned? have you used any of these two?

do you like g pro wired's shape?

it's definitely pretty but i have tried the m4 and despite it being too big, it felt more comfortable, that made me think about purchasing the m42 which is much smaller than the m4

makes total sense because the grip width your g pro wired is in the middle of the two m4 - 5.62cm g pro wired - 5.5 m42 - 5.4 I would say it depends on your grip style if you tend more towards palm buy the m4, if you want to keep the grip you are using atm (probably more towards fingertip/claw ?) buy the m42

i guess its actually a mix of palm/fingertip for me. m4 is generally just too big, i couldnt even reach the end of the mouse buttons with my fingers, it was actually pretty exhausting

"it was actually pretty exhausting" if so, avoid it. in the long run it will probably hurt I would say stay around g pro wired' grip width m42 zygen np-01s viper mini hati s model o-

if you can try it or buy it at a store with easy return, it might be worth it
2021-06-20 03:44
So an ergo mice slightly smaller than the M4? You could try the G-Wolves Skoll Mini

I use M42 as my main at the moment. Went from a Zowie S2 (wich is the bestest shape ever for me), and im hugely impressed. Took a while to get used to the weight, but now, easily top 5 mice Ive owned.

I have never used G-pro, but the M42 is quite small, and I guess thats the biggest difference between the two. You can also change between two shells on the M42, one with a more FK1 type hump, and the other with kind of a S2'ish shape.

I have a G403, its tiny and works perfectly for me.From my experience, nearly all mice work the same, just find a shape you like and stick with it. My fav shape was some cheap gigabyte mouse but it just kept breaking.

to be fair, it is actually not tiny (124x68x43mm) but that kind of a mouse was worth to upgrade to 2-3 years ago, not now

Is your mouse broken? if not then i wouldnt bother, Ive never got a mouse and thought, wow this is an upgrade. The next mouse i will get will be wireless simply so it feels like somewhat of an upgrade. But mice tek hasnt changed much in years imo. Not noticably anyway.

it is not broken. and i keep asking myself the same question - do i even need to upgrade or not. i mean i'll try to check out the m42 and the viper mini in a store and if my hand likes any of these two, ill buy it
2021-06-20 12:59
Viper Mini gang here. it is a small and light weight mouse with 3359. Pretty good mouse except the list off distance, but you will get used to it.

im the same but since you know i got big hands and heavy mouse cant really give you honest advice other than razer statistically has the best sensor yes logitech fanboys its better its rated 99.6% accuracy while i forget what logitechs is but its slightly less accurate but it doesnt matter too much.logitech uses normal buttons where as razer uses optical meaning no physical contact longer life span plus no debounce and has less latency not by a ton tho but non the less it is the fastest.honestly i suggest and logitech or razer mouse but not zowie there prices are stupid for how old and shit their sensors are or atleast for me a high sens user it blows.sorry for shit punctuation am really lazy person :)

dont know too much about them tbh when i was looking at buying a mouse all i wanted at the time was a 107 gram mouse no troll cuz i was lazy to re learn muscle memory for cs but now i see the benefits aswell as cons.Only thing i know about them is zys rail never been into the zowie or steelseries or xtrfy stuff so basically anything thats not razer or logitech im kinda out of the loop with.oh and if you decide to get the logitech g pro superlight for whatever reason one day change the stock ptfe feet for corepads ptfe feet.
2021-06-20 14:03
or maybe im just talking shit and its bigger than i think.Im gonna buy one soon so i can try a lighter mouse rn i have a 107 gram mouse basilisk ultimate.
