people like u make faceit less enjoyable, what u need is to find a more fullfilling hobby or something else to do. There's no reason to get tilted over a fcking game
Put yourself in the bitch roles. You'll have to learn to not tilt
just put on music, chill, try to 1 tap people, or just try to troll and zeus as many people as you can
Use that rage as fuel and prove those moron russian kids who fucks their mom at night.
When you get mad you can either tilt or you can start blasting
I know which i prefer
I am punching air and swearing without using mic.
It works for me
I usually hit the table and scream a bit but I never say GG before the match is over because I know how demotivating this can be.
it's IMPOSSIBLE to control emotions, you can avoid triggers to calm down but once emotions come you cannot decide rather to have it or not, the best thing to do when you're raged is simply to RAGE lol, if you swallow anger you'll be sick, the most mentally healthy thing to do when you're playing CS and you're triggered is to put the microphone inside your mouth, almost touching the throat and scream everything that's crossing your mind
i don't talk in vc/discord when i tilt
i just dont care anymore, i just swear muted and nothing more.
maybe try some relaxing music but not loud because you still need to hear the game obviously . Also using my phone works for me like if im tilted and die 1st and have some time i take my phone maybe quickly check Twitter or Instagram and distract myself for a few seconds
I get bested sometimes and I just mute them… that really helps
You are not a pessimist, you are a realist lmao because with experience you know how 99% of the games will go unless there one comeback every millennium.
For example, when I win the pistol round, I know very well that the next round will be lost for sure because my teammates will die against deagles because they don't play safe, what do you want? You have to play 12 games a day to go up and hope that in those 12 games you win more than you lose, that's it, that's the casino, CS:GO is a game of luck.
I know players who are consistently calm, but they're usually drug smokers, so that doesn't count (or bots who are used to getting boost with premade or players who play casually).
You can't control your emotions, nature will always come back to you, you have pro players with more than 10,000 hours of play who keep raging, you can't do anything about it, CS: GO is not a relaxing game, personally I'm just waiting to reach my elo that I had in the past which is 2700 (as a psychological goal after all this time wasted, I should at least finish on that) after that, I uninstall the game and move on, I don't expect to become a pro and neither do you, if we calculate, the negative effect that CS: GO is bigger and more impactful than the positive effect (which is really just a relief of not having lost any more elo) that it can bring us.
I've tried everything, you can't do anything about it. Try to reach your elo goal with voice_enable 0 and then play another game.
personally, i will recognize the frustration and the emerging tilt and stop it before it takes over, so i try to think more logically, and use my brain on the more logic side of things so my emotions dont take over and i start tilting
so for example, if you died, you must have made some sort of mistake, so in your head, run that situation back and simulate what you could do so you wouldnt die in that situation, and thinking that way will make your brain focus less on the emotional things, and you wont be tilted at all because of that
it can also help you improve at the game in general, by recognizing your mistakes when you make it, and you can stop making that mistake, and the less mistakes you make, the better you are as a player
You can keep saying all that offensive, aggresive & toxic stuff, just don't press the mic hotkey.
This way you can continue to rage and your team won't hear it. Win-win!
Usually getting a clutch calms me down, so just bait your teammates so you get like a 1v2 and clutch it.
Just chill damn, that's a game after all, and if you say GG on the first rounds it has no point at all, except ruining it for your teammates and lowerin their morale
I just laugh when bad stuff happens. Sometimes bad things just happen. You have to just let it go.
"Dont get angry" or "chill" isnt good advice mens cmon. What you want to do is find amth else that makes you happy, plah an instrument, play football or play a single player game that has a good story or smth. Finding smth other than CS and taking long and healthy breaks is very important for your mental health man. I play CS on the weekends when I want to, I used to play it cuz I needed to, we all like seeing those elo numbers rise after a win. But find smth that makes you feel satisfied, not even happy, just satisfied is enough. Stay away from FaceIt and CS for a while and help make the community a much better place!
Get a better perspective on life and become more self aware.
When you curse, don't curse with your microphone on.
If I meet people like you, I usually trash talk them until they run out of things to say cuz usually if they are not german, dutch or scandinavian they don't know english very well. When they run out of things to say I just continue to trash talk until the person im.roasting shuts up and mutes me and then he ignores the rest of the team
Talking from experience
I've never had problems with anger and tilting. Just a mindset you have to be in, which isn't easy if you're not used to it. Just always remember it's just a game in the end and it doesn't change your life. There are bigger things than losing in a game
When you're playing a game you play to have fun and to win, if you're being toxic it's harder to do both so remember it. It's just a game
I just beat my mea.... Table... Got two Tabletops stacked on eachother for some reason. ))))))
Also try to remember that you'll destroy the fun and motivation to play for your teamm8s. So try to behave, it's the best solution for everybody.
Just go voice_enable 0 and put on music. Play for yourself and chill.
That's what I do when I have a retarded team and the loss is imminent.
Unbind chat, do u no say GG
Raging is fine, just turn chat off while doing so
The thing i like about u already is , You see that you have a problem. You admit it and look for a solution, which is the domain of winners. Here are few ways to improve ur patience and emotions , which i belive isare ur problem:
Accept the situation ure currently in. It's not always ur fault, but also u have no real impact on what others do , therefore acceptance of the outcome is the only HEALTYHY solutions here. Just accept it, watch ur emotions , don't judge urself , simply accept and move on. It might be hard on the beggning cuz of ur bad habits ( yes, geting furious in 5 second is a bad habit, which could be changed on a good habit ,once you start to work on yourself).
When you're feeling rushed, consciously slow down , by taking deep slow breaths. Concentrate on the way u breathing. I used to practice it when i was training JUDO for years. Breath is everything. Once u will control the breath , u will feel ure in control of your emotions and it's because by slow , steady breathing ure sending messages to your brain , there's nothing to worry about and no defensive mechanism will be switched on by ur brain.
You can also train patience by simple conversation and the way to achieve it is by being a good listener. LISTEN WHAT People have to say, do not interrupt in half of their sentence and try to put urself in their shorts to understand their problems. U will be amazed after a month or two how will ur life change by simple listening.
I doubt you are that young to not tell life from a game. Usually you just grow up and start seeing an actual value of things you're engaged with. In other words it happens naturally with time.
For me reminding myself that it's just a game and muting the enemy if they're toxic helps me to not tilt. When I'm dead after a bad play I try to give relevant info to my team, then I try to focus on detilting and thinking what I could do next round to do the play better or do another play, or how I can counter the enemy
i was like yo wtf
there is a 'my waifu' thread just below this and i read 'how to control my waifu' kkkkkkkkkkkk
just think maybe in next moment you gonna have best player of your life if you dont play with this attitude better just quit,i seen silvers even hiiting some sick shots
Stop being racist maybe? No one who has prejudices to a certain ethnic group (besides Gypsies) will be happy
take a gun and go visit some school in your town/city , best relief, can confirm 10/10
from my experience unhappy people are most toxic in game well im one of them
read some poem to calm yourself instead of raging and tilting
just reflection man its really not that hard.
just ask urself if u want to be like that, if yes then gg
It’s genetic. You’re a lost cause. Quit
does it hurt u? does it effect u in a bad way? if thats how u are, u should accept that. constantly avoiding emotions be it positive or negative will not end up well for any human. mayb look for sport where u can release that anger?
Play non-competitive modes for a while
Dude as you get older you stop being toxic, i used to be quiet toxic and blame my teammates for playing shit or doing the wrong play or something, even when i wasnt playing good either. Now i grew up and i understand these are just compooter games that i just play to have some fun with friends or with randoms, but still i like competing and if we just get destroyed and shit on im still a little bit mad somewhere inside but i just dont talk shit to teammates
NOW I HAVE A QUESTION…
If you guys have this type of teammate that tilts after losing pistol… do you:
- lose motivation
I tend to “cba anymore cuz i cant calm him down. Alt tab > netflix mode”
