this question is straight from the Arthur cartoon, and the answer is that you cannot survive on just one kind of meal , you would die due to malnourishment. You need to eat every kind of food, including grains, vegetables, fruits, and arguably meat and dairy, to get proper nourishment and survive.

Pizza since toppings can be changed and I like almost all of the typical toppings on pizza either way so will take a while to get bored. It's my personal fav that will never get bored of. Even the dough can be slightly different like I like both the standard wheat based and also a high-fibre variant that works great with certain pizzas.

anything would get unbearable in a week or so, so you either go for something healthy like a Caesar salad or you eat pizza and it worsens your health a lot, so I choose a nice expensive Caesar salad and smart water. At that point I wouldn't care about the taste of it lol
