Anti-racism isn't a cult. Just like every other ideological group, there are some people within the ideology that treat it like a cult, but most participate as reasonable individuals who buy into the general idea, but not the most radical interpretation of it. You can say the same of any religious belief, or any political belief, or any social belief.
For example... everyone who voted for Trump are not necessarily cultish. Some are sexist, some are racist, some are social darwinist in general, some are aggressively isolationist, some are nationalist, some are aggressively capitalist (with some overlap). But the people who tried to storm the US Capitol? Abolutely cultish. As well as being entirely incompetent, laughably uncoordinated, and distressingly ignorant.
