i do i usually eat when im hungry rather than having big set meals while it has helped me stay in shape all my life, i find it hard to drop to shredded abs level just by a good diet sadly

One thing i know is diet is more important than exercise. You can work out all day unless u go to good diet u won't see major differences in body. Have good diet times and chose whats healthier which doesn't mean cut carbs only protein .good balance is must with some fish oil supplements and vitamins. This is from a nutritionist fyi

60kg? You're pretty slim then, I'm kinda fat right now (85kg) but I think that 75kg is pretty good for our height. Try to eat more protein, and do some workout, even with my overweight I have a not that bad of a abs, that is bcuz I do some workout every time before I sleep

yeah man the way everyone is reacting I think it might be unnatural maybe my abs muscles are badly developed ( lack of protein and exercise )

Man you're not fat, you're just a stickman. Hit the gym or do home workouts, I suggest the six pack in 30 days phone app but don't expect quick results, you'll have to do every difficulty and then maybe after 70-90 days you'll find some small improvements and then just keep going. Getting fit isn't a quick process. It takes months, and years. And getting there is the easy part, staying there is the real deal.

How is it possible that you're 180cm 60kg and have 17% bodyfat? I think you should definitely weigh yourself again... But as far as advice goes, #4 is spot on

#17 my body fat is very low in every part of my body but the abs region its flat but not defined maybe my bf% is lower I dont know but last time i checked it was 62 kg and no abs so little chance my weight has increased

Then maybe your problem isnt your weight/bodyfat but your ab muscles themselves. To make them really visible you have to work them out ofc. AthleanX has some great training routines on yt for getting a six pack

wtf 180 height with weight 60 and you have no abs? Is this even possible? What advises can be there? Diet and exercise. If you don't exercise, then you will have to follow a more strict diet. Just remove all the shitty carbs from your diet. Sugary soft drinks, energy drinks, chocolates, icecream, cookies and shit. Try to eat most of your carbs (good ones) in the first half of the day. Eat chicken, tuna and vegetables with a lot of fiber.

You are welcome. Remember that in order to have abs 12 months per year, this diet has to become your lifestyle and not just a temporary thing. Otherwise your abs will be gone just as fast as you got them. And also I highly recommend you to start exercising as often as you can. Not only you will reach the desired result faster, but you will feel better overall and become self-disciplined.
