set a timer for 10 seconds on google, find your pulse.. i usually do it with two fingers and place it under my neck. start the timer, count your beats and then multiply that by 6

yeah, all the lockdowns fucked me up. I used to be active, work... go gym etc etc... but everything kinda went out of the window. doesnt help that use nicotine and drink a quite a bit too. 90 is still 'technically' normal, but its defo too high... need to start running lmao

I avoided the lock downs. Just left my house everyday like everyone else did. Nothing really changed. They did close the gym, so yeah that did kind of piss me off. Guess you can't catch covid anywhere but the gym, basically that's all they closed, the gym and the movie theater. Deadly world ending virus!! run for your lives, everyone go to the grocery stores, you are safe there!

tbh i didn't really care if i got covid, and i also didnt care what the government said about staying in lockdown... it was my choice, simply because i am an introvert- i enjoyed staying in but of course, i took it too far lol

even i have 80-90 ,but that happened post covid vaccination. i am assuming i was asymptomatically affected by covid cause i had a fever of 105 F post vaccination. but its slowly improving. i started with resting heart rate of 105. now its down to 85-95. i exercise daily now.

well, it could always be genetic. I'd still say it's most likely diet related or possibly environmental- do you live in a city or somewhere further away, maybe a village where there is less pollution. Do you walk alot, or do you drive? cause walking is underrated when it comes to it's effects tbh.

i believe the most accurate way to check is right after waking up, generally speaking it'll be like 5-10 lower than your current 'resting' heartrate.
2021-07-31 08:21

Yeah i think so too but i never remember it when i wake up. I’ve only been measuring it while sitting up, not really ”resting” but relaxing for a minute first. Then it’s usually 80 bpm.

tbh i think theres a bit of a misconception, being underweight is also quite taxing on your body... because bloodflow is reduced so your heart has to work harder:/

damnn bro, unlucky- sounds like a pain in the ass, hope it's harmless in your case but still... if you get a bad timing while exercising that could lead to a heart attack or some shit. stay safe brother
2021-08-02 03:40
1 reply
I am used to it nowadays. I found out a bit how to prevent attacks and right now I have them 1-2 a year. If they will do EKG (doctors) durning the attack, then there is possibility to make an surgery which usually hesls arythmia. The biggest issue is that, those attacks last 5-10mins and they are rare so you can't get to the hostpital / amubalnce won't come on time to make a record with ekg.

I know it's possible brother, but to have 30 bpm at rest is the result of extreme, intense daily cardiovascular training. going to the gym, and playing football is not really enough. plus, considering he claimed his friend has a resting bpm of 10 i somehow think he took off a solid 15 beats off his own actual resting heartrate. 45-55 is already very good, 30 is not very common.
2021-08-04 11:45

Lmao, 10 is completely impossible, you’re right. All I’m saying is that it is theoretically possible, when I was in my late teens I was pretty close, and I knew a few guys who were below 40.
