Stop masturbating, get a job, run every day before breakfast 5km, squat at least 150 kg ass to grass, read at least 3 books per month, sleep naked, take cold showers every day, avoid porn, meditate at least 20 minutes per day, do intermittent fasting, take tribulus terrestris every day, avoid social media unless a girl or something job/school related comes up, never simp, never put people in pedestal unless they are worthwhile figures of authority, buy a del rey, smoke Malboro red but not too much, learn how to shoot, learn brazilian jiu jitsu and be confident. I think those simple steps should suffice for a date

choose a book on a subject you are interested into and try 10 to 20 pages a day religiously. Then you can increase as you get more used to it. Should be enough to form a habbit.

A tip is to not try to read them in one sitting every time. If you feel more comfortable sparse the pages on the day, as long as you reach the quota its ok,

You could do that too but I was talking about the number of pages. For example if I intend to read 30 I could read 5 in the morning, 10 at lunch and 15 before bed. I don't have to read all of them at once.

Yes, in fact, i do read books, in particular, right now i am reading a book written by Arthur Schopenhauer called "The world as will and representation"
2021-08-06 01:39
3 replies
what is it about and how do you like it?
2021-08-06 01:49
1 reply
Look at your hand. You can look at it as just another object in a world of objects, a "representation"(objective), or you can look at it as something you inhabit, something that IS you and gives you all the sensations etc, the "Will" (subjective). So to Schop our body has this dual aspect, different from a mountain that we can only capture its representation. From the insight that his body has this dual nature and that the world is One, he tries to make sense of the world by concluding it is inherently dual. Everything has a representation that its perceived by others and a Will that its only perceived by the thing itself.

yea I read at least 2 books a month. They are translated to Finnish so the names don't really matter, but the most famous is promised land. For the people who think that reading is "hard", just set a goal to read 10 pages per day and it will get easier in time, and u will be able to read more day by day.
