You are talking about learning stuff from Valorant and removing RNG from CSGO but Valorant is more luck-based than CSGO. its Recoil is pretty much RNG and you cant master it

Release, Let go or fire all the top people at Valve. get new blood in with new standards, and new takes on clean game, fair game. how to run things. how to not look the other way and sweep things under the rug..
CS will never get healthy or grow again as long as Valve is what it is now.
And once ( not that I think it will happen ) Valve is fixed and they have removed all the old people there who are behind all the bad things and have let them go on.
Then you can look at changes to the game, scene, tournament set up and so on that will help CS move ahead.
But as long as Valve is the same old cheating corrupt people, there is no positive grow for CS sadly.

-removing map gimmicks (vertigo abiliy to fall off the map, dust 2 mid double doors wallbanging, overpass train)
the spawn points thing is mostly design choice that could go either way IMO. have you seen the gimmicks in valorant maps? teleporting around the map, literally aiming at the ceiling, and generally the worst map design passed into a competitive shooter. how would feel if Ts can plant the bomb on mid doors in dust2?
2. Fixing smokes. One-ways are unfair. Period.
Yeah and sitting in your own smoke with complete visibility like a fucking troglodyte isn't a form of one way. K. And that's ignoring the completely stupid way smokes work, although possibly compensated by the fact that only one or two people have them in a team.
3. Removing all rmg based inaccuracies when u are completely still
and making spraying retarded as fuck? CS:GO inaccuracies are generally "good enough" to the point where if you missed purely because of it, most of us can agree you probably shouldn't have taken that fight.
4. Removing custom player models and skins, have them be for yourself & team only
bro the skins literally make different sounds (to yourself only) and have completely different models. valorant highlights just makes shit super ugly.

I disagree with everything in this post besides 4. ( I could care less about models they are what they are though. ) but Spawn points in CS, add an excitement element to a game like this, look at many of games these days many of them also have RNG. The spawns make the game more interesting with different timings and different calls switching up a stagnated T side, like pushing B or deciding to pick a fight you would not normally.
