Hi guys can you give me please some advice on how to get out of lvl 4? everyday I am getting at least 100k in deathmatch with ak and m4, what should I do more? I don't think my aim is that much of a problem, do you think that leetify or how it's called would help? thanks mens))

Watch your own demos and look for what you're doing wrong, not what you're doing right. You might be doing lots of things right but the things that you're doing wrong are probably 80% of the reason for your plateau. Compare them to other demos in the same situation.

so I should watch my demos and then some pros demos?
2021-09-26 07:53

Yeah, but you need to find pros demos in which they are in the same situation as you so you can compare. Really improving at anything is understanding what you're doing wrong more than anything else. It feels good to focus on how well you can do, but any professional in any sport puts all their time in what they do wrong and correcting it. Eliminating the easiest to fix issues (but are big problems) usually results in the biggest improvement.

You're welcome. Just remember this, don't be focused on your rank. If you focus on improving yourself and fixing what you're doing wrong, the rank will naturally increase without you even trying to increase it. This has remained true with just about every game I've tried to improve at. I ignore my rank and study what I do badly and try to improve it.

1. Disable voice communications. This is a must unless you want a bunch of russians screaming in your ear and making you play worse 2. Don't overthink aiming. Aiming is actually a very small part of cs, you'll be fine without aim practice if you don't have time for it. Focus on other parts of your game more 3. Don't play too much. I'd say 60-80hrs/2 weeks is the sweet spot, you need to take care of irl things, they actually have a huge impact on your gameplay 4. Be healthy. This is very simple, if you have a healthy diet, work out, sleep properly etc. You will instantly play 3x better.

1. dont disable, i did once and lost 100 elo 1 day, not recommend! 3. if u play a lot you will improve faster, i think. Grinding is good. I got lvl10 216 matches in 16 days, I was rly focused on playing the best I can: youtube.com/watch?v=PazbiWe7JuQ&list=PLe..

1. is so you can focus on your own game and save your mental health, every time i enable i regret it. i don't get comms, but that's a price i'm willing to pay for better focus and mental wellbeing. in my case, i win alot more. 3. playing too much is counterproductive, this is obvious. grinding is fun and can get you alot of elo in the short run, but in the long run will lead to burnout and lose you alot of elo. 60-80hrs/2 weeks is already alot, that's 4-5.5hrs a day! most people don't even have this kind of free time

Disable comms really??? Comms is big part of the game. If u r too sensitive to toxic behaviour thats a big problem bro. I mean u can mute if u see some moron in game, but insta mutin everyone before even know what teammates u have is retarded even if it works for u. Givin comms is a part of skill too. Ur good mates r not gonna b happy that u r not listening and not talking. For ur good mates u r not better than toxic retards, maybe slightly better, but still I know soloQ is a mess but muting everyone before the game started is a solution for weak mind.if u insta get mad bcuz of some retards its not a good sign

playing 5 hrs/day in an environment where you constantly get hammered with screaming and insults is bound to affect you negatively at some point. no matter how "strong" your mind is, negative comments will eventually get to you. you can consciously ignore them, but subconsciously you will take them in. statistically it is more likely for me to get toxic games than not, so i'd rather just not deal with it. i'm still playing the game, dropping guns, helping with executes etc. it's not like i'm throwing games for fun. i never get mad because of retards, but the sheer amount of them does effect my mental state in the long run. i simply prioritize my mental health over a fucking game, if i wanna play seriously, then i play with a team. pugs are just quick and fun pick up games, but people take them too seriously. if you wanna play serious games, then you should go for 5 stacks.

Disable coms?! Why play cs then at all, go some single player game and enjoy it. If you are that one person who doesn't speak, I sincerely hope you get queued up with toxic players every time.

Deathmatch is good for beginners who want to obtain basic reflexes and muscle memory. There is no point playing a lot of DM to improve your aim, reactions, crosshair placement, etc. Only actual 5on5 matches against stronger enemy will improve your skill. Also watch POV demos of pro players to understand how to play.
2021-09-26 08:29
just train like xantares, he gets 1000 kills every day at dm, what a hardworking aim-god
2021-09-26 08:31
you play solo? if yes this is what draging you to lower level. You get random low players and you have to be super star every match in order to get yourself out of the lower ranks. And there are lots of cheaters on faceit too. I myself did reached level 10 solo only but i had premium so at least i can play with ppl who actually paid-means they will do their best most of the time. My advice is get 4 more ppl who are as good as you and play together and you will see getting level 10 is ez.If you are wondering where you can get 4 more ppl with same skill as yours-play ECL league and there add ppl.

Dont play DM like crazy, the only reason i get to DM is either when im hearing a podcast/music in the background and chilling, or im testing a new Mouse/Keyboard/Monitor/Mousepad or Setting 1st, if you want to get out of the plateau i recommend you take 1 day just to recheck all of your settings, look at your mousepad placement, your monitor height and distance, keyboard placement and angle, Viewmodel/cl_bob, nvidia settings and launch commands for better FPS. obviously Dpi/Sens is important, i recommend you having 1000 Edpi (not dpi, EDPI) or lower

stop playing dm it barely does anything... it's just a warmup... how can people think it translates into competitive play just like that? there are better maps that actually help, dm is almost useless. Just watch pro games, thats usually the difference between players... understanding what to do, not being able to just shoot

stop playing too much DM your arm will be tired and sore also you'll get bored easily, just do 1000 kills in aim map (if u really tryharding do 2000 kills). switch weapon around, ak/deagle/awp/USP and after u finish playing CS do aim training again at least 500-1000 kills. i recommend good aim map like "Training-Blank" also try to focus to do one tap and not spray because spraying like a egghead wouldn't help ur training.

- get teammates. Very often the actual reason you cant rank up is players who troll/throw. - watch demos of pros and yourself. See what mistakes you make compared to the pros. - dm is just for warmup, dont use it for training. - gl with faceit men <3

aim is useless to train that much, just keep playing the game competitively and you will learn from your own mistakes, once you reach about 2k hours in actual competitive gameplay, u can start focus on aim again. best things for t is to learn pre-aiming, there are workshop maps for this, and best for ct is utility usage and playing off-angles

yes, and don't be predictable like playing the same spot or doing the same play two times in a row :]
2021-09-26 18:59
It might seem impossible in mm, but try and be a better teammate by helping your teammates with flashes more often, try to control your teammates, if you have a read for example try to have your teammates listen. In skill level like this out playing your opponents is very easy
2021-09-26 18:43
Don't buy any courses or coaches 1.) Add topfraggers from your games and que up with them. 2.) Unbind scoreboard and play for round wins and not kd (stupid pushing after next kill etc) 3.) Play impact positions like a site on mirage etc but dont fight your team over them just go b apps if everything is taken 4.) Don't say how ur team is shit or tilt them in other ways 5.) If someone is toxic bind mouse5 cl_mute_all_but_friends_and_party 1 or whatever the command was and keep playing and giving info And most importantly don't blame your team if you lose because an actual decent player can 1v9 carry himself to atleast level ~8/9 so if you keep losing in yellow levels then maybe it isn't your teammates and you need to practice a little more

Doesn't matter how long you deathmatch for or how many kills you get, the important thing is to do it consistently, try to dm for an X amount of minutes every day. Other than that you mainly just have to play and get more experience, you can learn a thing or two by watching demos, etc but in the end you need to actually play to improve.
2021-09-27 07:43
people will tell you a bunch of garbage tips in reality you have to find someone as good as you thats in the same boat, a guy "boosted" me to lvl 4 and i got to lvl 5 easily and i suspect it will only get easier now that my teammates are less garbage. havent played faceit much since i got esea tho. also get premium.
