i understand why people hate s1mple (conflicts, past toxic moments and etc), but sh1ro and zywoo... they are friendly and kind persons, for fucking what?

adequately rated, overhated
people shit on passive awpers like sh1ro and jame but it works very well for their teams, they have great riflers to back them up and the style they play puts tons of pressure the enemy and attacks from a very different angle
as a solo star sh1ro and jame would struggle, but when you have ax1le or yekindar in your face, hobbit and fl1t in midround scenarios, and then the awper their style is super good
