The truth is that there is no best mouse for everyone. Because the key ingredient in good aim is consistency of grip. So shape of mouse and how it fits in your hand and mouse grip is no less important than sensor accuracy. Maybe it is best fit for you, who knows. But also likely you have yet to get a handle on it.

True, as long as the sensor is a good one, the mouse is good. You can prefer it to be lighter or heavier, with or without cable, the shape you feel confortable with and thats all... there is no "Best mouse" out there... I love playing with my G403 (weightless), for me it's perfectly balanced of what I want.

I have the G403 wired for around 3 years and when getting a new mouse I just thought ah well I liked this one so bought the G703 wireless. Identical mouse just has wireless and wireless charging. I tried the G Pro from my friend after wards and am so glad I didnt get it

there isn't such a thing like best cs mouse, gear is a very subjective matter and what someone may consider the best mouse ever made, the other person can say it's trash i recommend zowie ec1, great for me
2021-10-16 11:44

i second this, but ec1 is for dudes with like 20x10 hands i would suggest going for ec2 (used both ec1 and 2) or even ec3

Well, not 100% true. If you are already a decent player then buying a mouse with way better sensor can improve your accuracy in game. I guarantee you s1mple plays much better and hits much harder shots on g pro superlight than when he uses a $10 office mouse.

If you used the FK1 in the past and like shapes similar to that, then the Logitech G Pro X Superlight definitely is an option to consider. Just keep in mind that people like different type of mice and the best option will always be to test the mice yourself at an electronics store or something so you get a feeling of the mice before buying one.

The Viper also has an FK style shape, pretty similar size as well: rtings.com/mouse/tools/3d-model-shape-co.. Btw, got my Artisan Zero. It's kinda interesting, it's pretty slow but it doesn't have a ton of stopping power for how slow it is. It's got pretty low static friction I think which is great for controlled tracking (especially cuz mine is shit lol), but I think I still prefer other cloth pads for CS. I think I'm gonna get some aftermarket feet to speed it up a bit before writing it off though. The stock feet on my current mouse are pretty thin I believe, so that may be slowing it down because I got it in soft. The zero also got a bit of silent revision, the weave is tighter and its less rough than a lot of people said it would be. I do kinda want to try some of their other pads now, they seem pretty interesting.

switched back to the fk1 from the gpro x sl because the shape is so much nicer. i bought the new C version and put on corepads. if the gpro x sl had less of a potato shape i would definitively use it. i liked the viper ultimate despite shitty rubber sides, shitty buttons, less balanced feel and shitty razer software because of the shape thats basically a shitty fk.

"Best mouse" is almost a bait at this point. Whatever shape and size suits you is going to be your personal go-to. A friend of yours with +5cm longer hands won't feel comfortable with the same mouse. Nowadays the vast majority of mice have flawless sensors so there aren't many mice you can rule out based on that.
2021-10-16 19:34
If you want a cheap, good one, i've been using Rival 3 and its worked great. Prolly 90% of performance of g pro wireless but $110 cheaper

There is no such thing. We are in 2021 and the quality build of gaming mice is super high. That's why shape is king. You gotta find something YOU are comfortable with. What might work for me may not work for you. Look for something that suits your grip, size, and weight preferences and watch reviews.

I don't deny Zowie was really good 5-6 years ago but they are clearly not on par with the 2021 standard. The only thing that keeps them relevant is the shape because many people are used to it and don't want to change.

Mice are not good for games, they are good for your hand Get something that fits you, so you can play better

There is no best one, though I can suggest if you're interested in the G Pro but don't have the money to look for the G305. I bought it on sale and absolutely love it. It has the compact size and flawless sensor so nothing holding you back but your own skill.

I just bought one and it is great, but the shape and click king is still Zowie. When the s2-c is available in my country i Will buy it as well

Whichever one you like. I played for the longest time with Steelseries Rival until I bought Logitech G Pro.

If you'd like to try an ergonomic right hand mouse, I would recommend the Glorious Model D Wireless. It's like a Zowie EC2, except it's much lighter and wireless. You can't go wrong with the G Pro though.

model d is slightly bigger than an ec2, its like an ec1.5

Just get a good mouse and get used to using it. The specific one doesn't matter that much, you just have to practice with it.
2021-10-19 17:12
Size, weight, and button configurations is what matters. Don't just buy what the pros do, because different mouses work for different people. Find the one that suits you best, easiest way is if you have a seller nearby, but can be done online as well.

Since I started playing cs again (1 year ago) I switched around 5 mice in total and let me tell you, the best mouse for cs is the one which is comfortable for you and your hand. In terms of sensor and perfomance they are all pretty much the same

depends on your hand size you like ambi or 1 handed mice wired/wireless eg. i was using a DA V2 for a long time and I figured out it was way too big for me and I aim better with smaller mice so atm im using Razer Viper/Endgame Gear XM1r
2021-10-20 08:12
Objectively speaking the Finalmouse Starlight-12 is just a better Superlight, but good fucking luck buying one. In reality there is no "best" mouse. CS:GO lends itself to lighter mice and wireless tech is imo the way to go nowadays if you can get it in a shape you like. But shape is the most important thing in a mouse, you have to try it yourself e.g. I use a Coolermaster MM720, which is by all accounts a terrible shape, but I like it and perform better with it than any other mouse I've tried, so I use it. You have to try a mouse for yourself to know if it will be good for you, reviews and specs only get you so far

There's no such thing as "best for", especially in mouses... (Shape, grip, size)

Everyone has different preferences. I enjoyed my GPW, but double click issue started after a year of use. Sucks but I am using a pwnage ultra symm 2 now and the battery is 100x better

ZOWIE

Try out a universal shape (Zowie FK / Razer Viper, Zowie EC / Razer Deathadder), and try to figure out if it's too long, short, wide, narrow, tall or short- and make sure to figure out a comfortable way of holding the mouse. Players can alternate between different grips, but staying consistent is key.
