He was a top notch AWP in 2002/2003.
2021-10-21 22:34
He was complete and versatile player at his prime, Michael Jordan of cs.

as a pic would prove it :D not in 2021 when you can photoshop everything. So all you got is the trust of an honourable HLTV User.

can confirm there was no competition i played with pros everyday just after two years of practice, in todays era after 2 years of grind you might stick with lem matchmaking xD

hes not top awper he was best ak player in older cs
2021-10-21 22:40
hes a great player, one of the best, but fallen are a top 5 awper in history with device, kennys, s1mple and guardian
2021-10-21 22:42
He was a verstaile player. Mainly known for his m4 spray control and wild style. The very first true modern cs player in my opinion. His awping skills were OK but a bit like coldzera, second awp and pretty good with it when its needed.
2021-10-21 22:42
spawns only claim to fame is failing a defuse. certainly not a top 20 1.6 player

He wasn't a main AWPer though? He was insane with rifles and aggressive as hell, that's why he was my favourite player to watch as a kid being introduced to eSports. Versatile as fuck, insane with rifles.
2021-10-21 22:54
SpawN didn't awp that much, vilden was in charge of that

no simple and zywoo does not have a fraction of the power wielded by the ancient warriors of cpl_mill

He was a very versatile player, but saying he was the best AWPer is like saying NiKo is the best AWPer, he can clearly use the weapon very effectively on the highest level, but having him AWP all the time would be a waste of his skillset. So no, I don’t think he was the greatest AWP, and certainly not better than FalleN, and Hyb. Hyb was literally the first dominant primary AWPer in the history of CS, won a major, and came second in another one with a completely different roster while IGLing, he essentially paved the way for main AWPs like FalleN today, who has even greater accolades.

hey man thanks for replying, would you put stevenson/bloodshot as top 10 greatest NA players in 1.6?
2021-10-22 12:51

In terms of skill, easily, in terms of achievements, no. I feel like Stevenson’s reluctance to join 3D and other top teams and stay with EG really makes him one of the biggest “what if?” players in CS.

thanks :). I didn't know he had offers from 3D o_O!

Yeah he did, but he preferred to stay and play in EG with his friends. It’s admirable, but I we could have seen him in better teams so his talent would be put to better use.
2021-10-23 23:34
we cannot compare different times but prime SpawN back then was scary thing that made him a legend. and ofc this clip just made him sooo much popular around the world that i remember he got offers from Japan to do some stuff.
2021-10-22 12:49
It still triggers me that one of the most popular clip from him is ninja defuse that wasnt even defuse

Rate: prnt.sc/1x2z206 renegades' players have insane ratings, they very well could surprise
