ESL being kinda clowns
Argentina Joedash
So, 9z couldn't arrive to veto since they played the open qualifier(IEM Winter) on Serbia to then travel to France the same day they played the finals or a day after in the morning. 9z couldn't arrive for the vetoes so the admins decided for them and literally banned: Nuke(9z's best map) and didn't ban Vertigo(their permaban). What's this shit? I get that 9z has a blame on this, but ESL wanting mouz to win so hard is so obvious at this point.

Don't know, maybe bcz the place where they were wasnt theirs and had like a time limit to stay? Honestly it Rlly surprised me they travelled to France when last time they stayed in Serbia.

Yes dude, but u can't go ahead and not ban the PERMABAN of a team. I'm not talking about 9z not travelling before, but about the bans and picks ESL made for them.

Fair enough M8. This is ESLs blame tho, since 9z had no other option but to travel to Sweden (it wasn't France)

Ye that is retarded all things aside if you are banning for a team and they have a permaban that they have literally not even given indication of working on why the fuck would you think they'd ban something else

They would have arrives for the match. But vetoes happen way before, and they didn't arribe for that time.

that's not what happend. they weren't on time for the veto process and their picks/bans were randomly chosen. EXACTLY like it is written down in the rulebook. cry is free

I'm not crying. Just can't understand why ESL "randomly" banned Nuke and didn't ban Vertigo.

because it's random, could have gone exactly the way 9Z wants it or like in this case, not in their favour. i agree that situation is fucked up but the only one to blame is 9Z, they know the rules. They could have sent someone else to the (online) veto process, if the team was not able to do it due to travelling etc. The insinuations (from some people) an admin manipulated the veto process in favor of mouz are just hilarious.

Yeh, didn't know it was random. But it's sad they lost bcz they couldn't stay in Serbia any longer.

for sure it's sad and fucked up (but only 9z' fault), but how some of the fans of 9z act on socials again now is even more sad. And yeah, it's not like they would have won otherwise. It's still mouz against whom they played :D

IDK about that, 9z had dgt(one of their best players) underperforming on vertigo yet reaching OT and having the chance to win, when they never play vertigo since its their perma-ban.

Either way thx for info.

lets be honest this is also partially fault of the eSports calendar being filled in with literally 60% ESL | 30% blast | 10% others no more room in hell left for breathing
